NOTE: The quality of the audio from the DJI Mic Mini while connected to the iPhone over Bluetooth is not particularly good. However, in the test above, I recorded from the iPhone camera app, which does not in fact capture audio from Mic Mini. I will retest the audio through a third-party app and update this comment with my findings. The fact the iPhone camera app does not work with the Mic Mini is very disappointing regardless! Plug in the receiver!
Great video. Just a question, to use with the Action 4, which one do you recommend between the mic 2 only transmitter and the mic mini receiver + transmitter? They are almost the same price. I would use mostly for some ambient sound for the video tour on my channel. Thanks 😊
I'm really interested in these for use on PC for calls, gaming, and maybe streaming/recording. It's a really attractive option, but ONLY if I can avoid the extra complexity and cost of the transmitter, but I'm concerned about the quality over bluetooth. I'm very curious to hear if the quality really unacceptable, and to see if anyone is able to work around the issue somehow (software solution possible?). Looking forward to updates.
Sure! Mic 2 with a lapel plugged in would be the best solution, but if you don't want to invest heavily into equipment a Mic Mini would be totally acceptable.

is the recording with the IphoneVideoAPP ? Or with a camera ? on my iphone 16 pro there is no sound in the apple iphone videoapp ...why ?

Mic2 was on the sleeve and Mini on your hand. Same exact conditions would be an amazing test. I feel the Mic2 sounding better
You're right, the Mic 2 sounds better in pretty much every environment, but yes, I could've mounted the Mic Mini on my collar to test.
