    • @GarageBuiltHondas
      @GarageBuiltHondas  6 лет назад

      Nope, completely stock. It'll sometimes slightly bog on the freeway after doing a steady speed for a long period of time. I had to look that one up a long time ago, other than that nothing. And this is on both b16's. The PR3 in my hatch and the PW0 in my sedan. No issues at all.

    • @Tycrx89
      @Tycrx89 6 лет назад

      Garage Built Hondas ah I see that’s very interesting, maybe I have a bad o2 sensor or something. I believe the pw0 is the actually crx sir computer and the pr3 is from the Integra xsi. They have different intakes with different vacuum lines which I guess could cause an idle issue Depending on how it’s hooked up. My vtec cracks around 5200 while I’ve read on the pw0 it’s supposed to crack around 4900. Obd0 always amazes me haha

    • @GarageBuiltHondas
      @GarageBuiltHondas  6 лет назад

      I just bought a 91 Accord Ex Sedan and put in new gaskets, both belts etc. Are Honda leaks serious? I notice experienced Honda guys don't seem to fret over them. Thanks. Great vids.

    • @GarageBuiltHondas

      I don't sweat them. As long as you know you're oil level is ok and keep adding as necessary. All are easy to fix except the rear main.

      Alright sweet and I got a question for headers I got a b18b1 and I saw u had the DC racing headers and then a 1320 and now these which one would u recommend ?

    • @GarageBuiltHondas
      @GarageBuiltHondas  6 лет назад +1

      +Austin Parker DC are kind of old school and a little smaller. The 1320 and Skunk2 seem similar in build and size so I bet the power they make should be similar. 1320 were the least expensive brand new. I'd get those, unless you're doing what I'm doing and going all Skunk2. That's why I choose these for this car.

    wow! nice video! :) I got PLM headers on my B18c. 4-1 I think they are. But mines hangs very low to the ground. so I am scraping a lot :s
    Jon, do you have a Facebook ? I can follow and could share my EF to you :) ?
    Cheers

    • @GarageBuiltHondas
      @GarageBuiltHondas  6 лет назад

      +xacoviex Usually all 4-1 hang low just because the way that they come together before the collector. EF's don't have a lot of ground clearance already so I usually stick to the 4-2-1 style. No Facebook, sorry! Got an Instagram?

    is it me or do the welds and overall build quality of that header seem pretty mediocre? i know Skunk2 is classic and all but it just seemed like the quality wasn't all that great :\

    • @GarageBuiltHondas
      @GarageBuiltHondas  6 лет назад

      +E Honda The welds are great, but I agree with the cleanliness of the welds around the flange could be a tad cleaner, overall though I'm really happy with it. The car sounds excellent and it felt so good to drive. I hadn't driven it in forever but it felt really strong!

    • @soccermaster7
      @soccermaster7 6 лет назад +1

      yeah i also have to take into account that this is a video and unless i see the headers in the flesh i shouldn't judge haha. but i'm glad you're happy with it and the car feels strong and good to drive! i just moved to the UK from the US so i'm carless currently but definitely on the lookout for an ef in the near future :)
      PS: i LOVE LOVE LOVE the way that 1320 header looks and sounds. it's basically sex >_

    • @GarageBuiltHondas
      @GarageBuiltHondas  6 лет назад

      +E Honda You know, it's not really the welds at all, it's just a little bit of grinding on the flange. Other than that I love it! I'll get some sound clips of it soon!

      No, my RUclips channel is small and it's for fun. My career isn't RUclips like some of the larger channels. I only make videos when I have the time/money and the content. I'm not in the garage everyday, maybe 4-7 days a month I'll be working on something car related.
