Not a band I associated with Peel sessions, as they were more musicianly than most, but I loved 'Airport' and this track. There must have been some record company investment, as the keyboard player has a Yamaha CS80 synth which cost a fortune.
Have always loved the intro to this track. This version is the best with a lovely ripping lead guitar riff just before the vocals come in. Thanks for posting, as this is the version I remember best. Probably coz I taped it off Peel's show.
One of the most underrated piece of musically created masterpiece in music history

The Thunderbird intro!
Rob Hendry played guitar on this version before he left and Bram Tchaikovsky came in.
Great .
A different twist on a great song.
