And you can buy books or videos before if you doubt. In my mind and my body with few hours by week, it's amazing. After Jiseido ;-)
Respect for this valuable Fighting System created by Master Tokitsu. I have two questions: is there any kata is this style? And then: do you plan to open any Dojos in the main cities of Italy? I would like to follow this path in Rome in the future. I see that there is proper Yin&Yang alternate application.
