Admittedly a video that should have been 5 mins versus 27 mins but ahhhh, we ended up covering everything from Rons 40m net, to lets see if this sm220 even works, oh and finally, is it a BS5 or BS8 bandscope module installed. So hit fast forward through my waffling to see late in the video where its very easy to decide if your bandscope suits a TS520(BS5) or suits a TS820(BS8).

Bs8 or bs5 is stamped on IF box that you put inside, that my experience on 2 installs

works good with a ts 530 s ..;...on output only , there is a mod you can do on the 530 to monitor incoming signal by tapping right before the first i.f. .......on the ts830 s .....its pretty much plug and play you can pick up incoming signals as well as monitor your output adiou .....DE N5OMV ODESSA TEXAS
