  • Quite old dirty and rusty, but i deep cleaned it, and lucky it seems to be working, IF input is 455kHz it will mix down and show that too, I think the XY mode is the most usefull today, for cool display projects. Manual here, just not full schematic

    The shielded box on the left side of the chassis is the optional "BandScope", aka panadaptor or spectrum analyzer. It takes an IF input from the transceiver, and shows a display of other signals on the band, relative to your position at the center of the sweep. There were 2 different versions sold, with either a 5 MHz or 8 MHz IF frequency, for different vintage Kenwood rigs.
