@@philip3778 Yes, it will work if I install the speed and rpm. Since my cluster is working, no need for it. I think the unit has speed, rpm, lap record and voltage. The voltage is reading fluctuation from 13-14v since the unit is power/ground.
@@philip3778 Other than that, I always like these old school gadgets. Check out Crooober.com they have some reasonable prices and different brands of turbo timers from Apexi, Greddy, Blitz, and HKS.
Love your videos about your r32 has been a lot of help getting my rb20de+t r32 going right still trying to sort idle but 98% there and a boost gauge but have a mechanical but don't have my bov hooked up can I just t it off the like from the turbo to actuator or internal wastegate as some people call it is a factory rb20 turbo so has it bolted on the turbo 😊😊
Thank you for watching my videos. Some people would delete the bov and block off the recirc hose to have more turbo flutters. I don't recommend this method because having a bov is to release turbo pressure. Without a bov, it might damage the turbo/engine over time and depends on the driveability. I would recommend having a stock or aftermarket bov at least for the turbo/engine for a long life span and the driveability to be as smoothly as possible. I hope this helps.
Some how I missed this video. Good job brother!
Thanks bro. It's all good. 😆
Great to see u back making more videos bro 😎🙌 as always, great stuff man!
Thanks bro, been busy with life and work but I'll try my best to make more videos.
Very cool. 👍👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Hows the turbo holding up?
I'm so excited to see a new video from you!
Thank you. I appreciate it. More videos coming soon.
Amazing content u have bro I finally installed my turbo timer on my s14 preciate the help keep it up with the vids.
Thank you and glad it helped.
Quick question bro have you figured out how to set it and run the rpm & speed wire
Good video!
But what are the advantages of connecting the cables that you didn't connect, such as rpm?
The other two wires are for the speed and rpm. I just want the count down timer only.
@@doubleclutchin6860 thanks for the answer.
So you could also use the turbo timer to display the speed and rpm if you wanted to?

Ah yeah I've didn't hook up my bov just put a block off plate in it as couldn't find any info on where to run the hoses for it
@@dacwal4860 Oh okay. I assume you have the OEM J-pipe that is connected to the throttle body right? Is your bov is OEM or aftermarket?
