Great video! That breaker box looks terrible but maybe that's good for Colorado. Every box I've looked in during my HVAC career all the hots, neutrals and grounds are organized neatly.

As he said, cause we are not code enforcement. We simply walk the steps and if there is no obvious irregularities, it’s good.

Because it's not in the SOP. If it's practical when in use then it's good. If it's not, then you point it out. Nobody measures these things.
