I like these full home inspections. This one was a little more difficult to follow due to the video quality.
I think they’ll get a nice steady cam once the interest is confirmed. I put my vote in!

Thank you.
This was great for new Inspectors! Would love to have a full video with him doing a newer build and seeing his “normal” process.

Do foldable ladders extend enough to reach two story roofs?
Yes.
With a four wire service I don’t think u want to inter connect the neutral and ground again. They should be isolated in the breaker panel otherwise u create a loop in the neutral which can prevent the break from being able to trip as the short will remain in the loop u til it burns the circuit. (RE the garage panel).
I’m guessing that white PVC elbow that fed off the upgraded service disconnect is the circuit feeding the garage? Another “no-no”. Plumbing is for plumbing. Also, if a sub service to an out building is over 50’ you want to drive additional ground rod at the sub service otherwise it doesn’t meet the NEC requirements & more importantly it’s not properly grounded due to the resistance/distance.
I’ll add one last thing… grounding is not bonding and bonding is not grounding. I literally had a gas company refuse to connect a gas meter to a home bc he saw a #6 bare copper clamped to the 1 1/4” gas line where the meter was. His exact words “what idiot did this!? You never mix electrical w/gas!” I had to point out the bonding requirement in their own book before he would connect the gas to the home. He didn’t care what the NEC called for. 🤷♂️ (I’m a thick Georgian accent)
Thanks for the feedback, Michael.
Bare wiring coming up along the stud and not in a sheath. How can one miss that? The neutral is not marked either. WOW
Glad you enjoyed watching the video.
How long do you keep records/photos on homes?
Forever, they're digital.
Why would you record this with a potato?
I love mashed potatoes.

Awful video quality, too bad…!
It was a live webinar.
Home inspectors are a joke. Didn't even know the clearance of the panel. These guys take these home inspector classes on line then open their own business. These folks could never make a living out in the field.
I disagree.
He has no idea about hvac
Dude relax
Yjguy. Can you elaborate on your knowledge 🤔
Chill.
Hm.
Remember, home inspectors are not HVAC technicians or experts.
