- Using an Atomstack A5 20W diode laser engraver to engrave a design on to a coated tumbler. The coating is similar to an epoxy dip, very hard unlike the easier powder-coated tumblers. There will be a follow-up video later after we un-box and get the new more-powerful engraver running, to do a comparison of the results.

That engraver is I think at least 2 years old now, and kind of rigged up for fume extraction as you can tell. The black/yellow thing is really meant for short-term use when doing things like electrical soldering, so it probably doesn't have long to live. Looking forward to the new gear arriving, but spoilers...
What roller You use?
That's the Atomstack basic roller unit, www.atom-stack.com/products/atomstack-r3-24w-automatic-rotary-roller-laser-engraver. They came out with the upgraded version right after I bought this one, that comes with an additional piece that SHOULD make the weatherstripping unnecessary to hold the tumbler level.
What setting are you using?
For this cup I used the Atomstack A5 20W diode laser engraver Spd 20 Pwr 95. I have up graded my laser to the S20 Pro laser engraver. Compared to my A5 20W, this machine has roughly twice the power, will work faster, and can cut deeper.
What settings are you using for the s20 I have the a20 and omg I am having difficulty finding help for my settings I’m just starting tumblers
