Dyno without numbers is like adult films without a money shot
You only tell people what you want them to know it’s really that simple and that applies to every business practice even dyno runs
yeah, I watched half of it hen caught on they weren't going to share numbers and I came looking for this. Too bad.
@@vinniegillotti9347 Huh? They are adding or subtracting 100’s of horsepower each pass. Final dyno numbers mean nothing to keep it a secret. They’re all running the same amount of power anyways. It’s how you put it down that matters. Move along.
Yup. But any press is good press nowadays, even if discovery won’t let you do anything with it
@@vinniegillotti9347 does it
So billion dollar companies like Walmart don't release their quarterly earnings reports or they don't release locations of future stores.....
Steve Petty should go down in Drag Racing Hall of Fame. He's made more cars go down a track in the last 15-20 yrs than anyone
The Lynch Mob
@Glen Borland wtf are u talkn about? How did Chief enter the conversation of Steve to HOF?
The secrets that this guy knows is astronomical! He is a legend!
Hi @Glen Borland I Am a psychiatrist, Is Chief in the room with us right now?
@glenborland2863 what the heck are you even complaining about? lol... stop watching the fake gossip tiktok video's.
That is why he’s on top cuz he do he’s homework 💯
These cars are so much faster and so loud in person. About blew my ear drum out when they went by and shake your chest. Just bad ass seeing these cars live in person.
7:20 mark in just seeing that shifter switching to next gears is crazy fast going be interesting when Rules come out , this car and team with no issues will be at top of leader board again this season
Ryan Martin's Fireball Camaro is an absolute beast on the dyno!🔥🔥
It’s amazing to me that those proline hemis stay together as long as they do. Just pure violence to the wheels.
Yeah they're amazing motors. Very rare to see someone grenade one. Swanstrom ran his for two years , over 300 passes and never had any serious issues with his.
@@easye9-21 they replace internals after like 40 passes
@@easye9-21 ryan martin does every 15 passes, dudes got fuck you money tho
@@jacob1423 Closer to 30 for rods.
That last one was nasty best one
Has got to be the greatest job in the world
First 3 tests were pretty much same numbers on Dyno if u zoom in on the graph it’s almost the same from the Graph , but the last 2 u can see on Flag on wall moves differently then first couple tests on Dyno it’s just small details that u can pick out from video and one thing is for sure the Fireball team and Fuel Tech is going have this car hard to beat.
🚀 Ryan Martin a lenda da 405
Numbers, Numbers, Numbers!!!
I was at the 2021 No Prep Kings at the Texas Motorplex and was right there when Ryan was doing his burnouts and its so loud and shakes the earth ! Will be there this year 2023..Hope to chat with Javi again for a few minutes..Ryan..Javi and crew good luck guys..see you soon !
Money means everything… it why he is the best 😊I enjoy watching his team
I disagree! Money means nothing without knowledge!
@@kevindavis3333yeah it’s ignorant to say that, dude knows absolutely nothing about what they do
every single person in npk has fuck you money so you’re way wrong
ODOM have big money, but look him in npk
Test #6-7 sounded bananas! If Team fireball puts a screw on...there in big trouble
Sounded just shy of 4k hp to me!
Nah. Procharger is the way. Even with the weight penalty against them vs a screw. PC is dominant
@@SpaceMoviePopcorn rumors are the fireball has a screw
The helmet in during the pull is wild lol
The guys that have already been running a smaller (33-34") rear tire will have an advantage over those forced to come down from 36". It will be a learning curve for some.
Definite difference in transmission..sounds like it shifted at least three times..not sure how many gears in auto they are running now but it seems to shift more than usual
It still the 3 speed. You can see it go through gears at around the 7:18 mark.
Tell those Proline guys to hit up Cleetus McFarland (Garrett Mitchell) He needs 1 of your beast motors in mullet.. 😆
Cleetus could break an anvil. That boy is a walking talking Stress Tester.
Proline doesn't make water jacket engines for drag n drive stuff
It's because he is sponsored by TSP and Steve morris
We know Ryan was testing the OG fireball, that’s what they was mentioning at beginning when they said they won’t tell what Ryan was testing lol, Ryan was testing the screw blower in OG Fireball
Would be cool to see what this car does in an actual race field.
Ok… Enough DONKEY. 🙄
I mean the blue corvette made 3232. Ryan’s seems quite a bit more nasty. So I am gonna guess Ryan’s is making somewhere around 3669 to 3969hp
4K
3600hp
Had to watch this twice just for the sound. There is no engine on planet earth that sounds more pissed off and ready to kill than a hemi with a procharger. Sounds a bit different this year though. Even more pissed. Maybe the MH7 has a tighter lsa, more duration, more compression? All of it? 🤔 Works of art these are🎨
“Street Car” lmao 🤣
He drove it in downtown Indianapolis at pri 🤷♂️
@@SpaceMoviePopcorn ya I get, that but seriously lol, imagine stopping next to him at a light and having the paint burned off your door 🤣
None of them have ever said anywhere that NPK cars are street cars.
@@tetracontrol “Street Outlaws” is the show, and it’s in the video title, geez so serious
@@ericsiler No, Street Outlaws became the name of the Brand, The name of the show this cars are made for is No Prep Kings, these are full blow race cars build to race on a track , and absolutely no one in NPK show has ever claimed that they have street cars. You're mistaking it for the show they race in the street and they used to say like 10 years ago they were street cars
The thumbnail...looked like a model car lol...
Damn this was def long over do
That thing sound ROUDY.
Shes fixn to get right.
I have a hunch... 3450hp
Sounded like a transmission difference
Heard he might be using a Liberty, maybe that might be sound change in Transmission
I wish NPK would pull its head out of its ass they need to have the rules for the following season at the end of the last season and they can’t keep changing them because Ryan’s winning. He ran with twin turbos now he’s won with pro chargers. And we see how fast the Odom team is. You can’t keep changing the rules because other teams are faster. It’s not Ryan‘s fault or Odom’s fault that the other teams have not got their heads out of their asses because both of these teams have two totally different set ups and are extremely fast NPK can’t keep making up different rules as they go like Nascar that’s why many people have stop following Nascar, including myself
yes you can, that's the whole point of the rules.. it's about performance balancing and the teams put themselves in this place by finding any possible grey area in the rules. if you've ever done any competitive motorsports you'll understand why it's the way it is.
Theyre trying to keep an equal balance. If they keep the rules the same as last year, 90% of racers would have screw blowers. And to me and a lot of other people, that’s boring. I like to see variety of combos.
Why are the front wheels up on chocks ? Never seen that before on a Hub dyno. So where is the HP & Torque numbers ?
Instead of having there hub dyno lowered until the flanges are barely above ground the have it just sitting on the floor level so for the car not to be at a stupid angle they do that
@@54raceman ahhhhhh. Cool. Thnx.
Is he going to have a second power adder???
Uhh...no lol
Well it’s between 3000 and 3350 imho
That seems to be what the big pro charged hemis are capable of
I wouldn’t be surprised if it made more like 3500 3600
@@audiman6875 I don’t believe that is possible if they’re using NPK rules and blower speeds
Outlaw, definitely possible
I wanted to see some numbers!
I know the 140-1 makes around 3600hp. The outlawed 144+ probably 3900hp. Everyone saying 4k maybe if everything went perfect. Maybe!!
Sounds like there might be a bruno up in there...
This makes me wonder where does Kye do his Dyno ?
Pat has a Dyno
That's same motor that they were running at Bradenton to the 1/4 stop it Luis he does get stuff before others do
Ryan gets to test stuff for companies. That’s not always a positive though.
@@Brandon_093 what are the negatives
@@captlucky2320 well in this case, he’s testing a whole new engine for them. Which means it’s unproven. Going into a season with an unproven engine isn’t exactly all positive. It’s proline so I’m sure it’s fine, but still
@@Brandon_093 you mean the motor that almost broke the doorslammer record
Petty will have him flying this year
That camaro looks like its going over 210
I think that pro charger still can win again over the screw blower as long as the car stays consistent
A screw is the most efficient. It just comes down to the rules and how much weight each individual combination has to weigh, so more power doesn't always win.
@@RonniePTexan if rules would stay the same, screw blower would dominate. Jim Howe straight up drove away from Ryan last year in their one race. That’s just pure power right there
@@Brandon_093 It's not just that one race. NHRA had screw blowers outlawed in Pro Mod for a long time because they just plain make more power. Now they are legal, but the rules make them weigh a lot more than other combinations. Depending on the new rules, they may add so much weight to the screw combo that something else will dominate. We shall see. Ryan Martin is waiting on the rules because he can choose to go ProCharger, screw, or turbo depending on which ones have the best weight to power ratio.
I'll say that thing is in the 4000 hp range that thing was screaming Ryan doesn't play he there to win he's always ahead of all the other racers
😳😳😳😳
He'll like that new 7 speed like dillard has.........
Whats lame is that these teams are having to have multi million dollar budgets to compete now, if the promoters havent learned from other series tanking from battle of the wallet it will just go into the sunset like R v W and NHRA.
You know you pushing serious power when u have to wear a full racing suit
It’s all about safety. Things can happen on a dyno and you have to be prepared. Not wearing full safety gear in a high HP methanol car is just stupid.
5000 plus HP I would imagine.
I'm betting its making about 3800HP then 4150 with Max Hp
tried to watch how it stands up and how far it dropped or went up at each point, assuming max hp in 2nd, she stands up pretty much the whole pull. dumb way to gauge it but hey, we can only assume 4500+ with butt ton of torq
If you watch the video before with the vette with a somewhere similar setup made 3232. Ryan’s sounds a good be more spicy so I would guess just shy of 4000hp
Proline with 5 kits of nitrous
no?
Bota legenda em português pra nois att
Must have a lockup i hear 3 gear changes.
Why would they care about hiding the numbers, it’s not like the only thing that put them on top was their HP.
Doesn't sound like a 400 anymore. Sounds like a liberty...interesting
Everyone seems to be running a Hemi.
I can't help but wonder if those two had a conversation in Spanish, just how well they would understand each other.
The FuelTech guys don't speak Spanish. They are from Brazil. They speak the same language you'll hear in BJJ training- Portuguese.
@@RonniePTexan I thought the accent sounded more like a Spaniard, who tend to speak slightly different to all the other Spanish speaking nations around them. But if he speaks Portuguese then they would have little chance of understanding each other, unless it was he was from Mozambique, which my wife just told me that even though she was speaking Spanish she could be understood well enough, but when she was in Brazil she ordered steak and got chicken, so not so well in Brazil.
@@DodgyBrothersEngineering Your wife ordering steak and getting chicken sounds like a fun night y'all had. Portuguese, Spanish, French and Italian are all Latin based so there are enough similarities that every few words probably make sense. In your case, they knew she wanted a dinner, some sort of meat, and guessed about the last part. Lol
@@DodgyBrothersEngineering One easy way to tell from the accent is a Brazilian who normally speaks Portuguese will use the H sound instead of the letter R and a hard E sound will have a CH pronunciation. The Brazilians I know call me Honnich. Lol
@@RonniePTexan even as an English speaker you can pick up many Spanish words. Some are remarkably like English, to the point you know what the word is without being told like Televicion.
Does anyone else find the big ass 'HP Tuners' stickers odd? Ya know, considering they're on fuel tech and whatnot...
Anyone that will write the check can get on the side of a race car, but yeah I am sure plenty of people think that is how its tuned.
if i remember correctly the HP Tuners is part of the NPK sponsor requirement.
@@sirmonkey1985 Oh ok that makes a lot more sense
i heard 4212
takes trained ear to hear tranmission shifts bad a==
I don’t think you hear the gears with this been so loud but if you look 7:29 the shift moving 1 2 3 gears that’s how he can tell it’s 3 gears but not by listening
Ryan’s looks a little shorter but alot better looking😂
This guy keep feeling on javi.. I'm sure he was half way offended SMH
I say 500hp that’s if has headers. Lol
why is he wearing a helmet and gloves for a dyno test ?
For the safety of the driver. In the event of a mechanical failure that causes flying debris or fire, it is important to have the appropriate safety measures in place.
3200hp maybe 3300hp thats my guess
Not impressed. My Civic sounds similar and is prolly faster.
Cause it has V-Tech
@@knight2425That is exactly why. If Ryan knew something about running he would install a VTEC on his car.
@@leftR-tardation 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Civic lmfao that engine cost more that 50 of your little 4 bangers
@@gulagwarrior8973 No it doesn’t. You don’t know anything!
They all make the same power why hide it . I know it's racing and stuff ..but come on show the numbers
just stuff you keep hush hush especially since '23 NPK rules hadn't been announced at that point. if they know what people are running with certain setups it gives them fuel to potentially limit it more.
If you can't tell us anything about the number, what's the point in watching this? Everyone watches dyno vids to see power numbers!
We came to see Ryan’s car, too much blah blah blah
The sport is just that far out of touch with the average joe now it’s now depressing! Much like top fuel and pro stock cars.
Just a rich mans sport now only... I’d much rather watch radial racing SRC garage or Jimmy Dale.
