Waiting time, if you mean you can walk the stairs up to the 1st floor easily then why are you even paying for lift, if you are considering all floors then having one lift for 4 flats per floor will only increase anxiety.

Their construction status in on schedule, we’re sure you’re talking about other phases in the project managed by different stakeholders. We didn’t cover the whole project of 20 acres, only covered 6 acres with reliable stakeholders in the same :)
The main issue is the units are very very close to each other, no privacy at all even from the other house balcony complete bedroom of the opposite flat visible.
