      @@EconomicBearish pull ups is not basic, it's hard to do so u need do the basic before pull ups, because in army u need pull ups 15x in 30 sec

      Definitely. British Army up-tops seems absorbed with wooky politics to make soldiers embrace the cultures and 'feelings' of people that will be soon be trying to kill them on deployment. Globalist money, disarming the West.

      @@drivenchy i assume it's important to not expect instant change, you're probably gonna see progressive gain over a period of time so a good tip might be to take progress pictures so that you can compare your photos and see how much you've improved

    I've been doing this workout every morning around 5-6am for 14 days during my quarantine. At first I took rests here and there but now, I am in much better shape and I am able to go through the entire workout with pace. It was excellent for me to stay in relative shape and keep my mental health strong. Thanks for the awesome video! Cheers.
    PS. I will be enlisting for the ROK Marine Corps this summer.

    I had a p.e. teacher who made us do this as a warm up plus whatever training we had that day. (His dad was a drill instructor and he had a similiar outlook on physical education) It's the most in shape I've ever been and the kids in his classes did outstanding in their respective sports teams.
    What's sad is they laid him off that year for budget cuts because he didn't have 10 year. The very next year one of our old p.e. teachers retired at 86 years old.

    I was down after the second set. Rested for about 10 minutes before starting the third one. Same rest duration before starting the fourth set. Lived the workout; loved the sweat. Going to use this video to be back in my original form (pre-pandemic physique).

    I’m a 12 year old kid with a heart condition but I keep on trying to do this every day hopefully one day I’ll be fit enough to join the army
    Edit: the heart condition makes it about 2x harder than normal to do physical activity

    I’m 14 and want to be a combat medic. I am paranoid about basic training. Thx to you I’m add this workout to my regular workout where I workout 2 days and break and on the 4 time of doing that the 8th workout day is a practice basic.

    First time doing this and it's definitely an eye opener to how unfit I currently am. I was gasping for air after the jumping jacks.
    I'm hoping to join the police force soon, so priority number one is to eat a more balanced diet and get in good shape. I quit smoking two weeks ago, so that should really help out.

    I'm only 11 and like 4 or 5 years ago my dream was to be apart of the military when I was younger. I worked my ass off to become stronger and fit for the military when I was young. And till now I'm still trying to achieve even tho I'm young still and my parents and siblings say I'm not capable enough of being apart of the military. This video helped me so thank you ♥️

    5:12 When doing mountain climbers it is best to have the knees touching the elbows, or touching the forearms.

    I have been in freaking quarantine forever, the pandemic is horrible in my country so I can't go out, I will try this to see if I can get in better shape because not moving is not healthy. I used to walk a lot every day before the pandemic now is too risky. My apartment is tiny but I don't think I need much room for this. Thank you for the video. :)

    This routine helped me get started. Couple months ago I'd hit this 3 times a week with some running and pushups/situps. Eventually got too easy so I added a 20kg weight vest. That got easy, too, so I moved to 5 days a week. Couple weeks ago it got far too easy, so I moved onto deep calisthenics such as high volume burpees, squats, and pull ups.
    Although I don't use this anymore, really appreciate the foundation you built. I'll keep working hard

    im an old giffer. nearly 50. be damned if im going to turn into one of those big tubs of jelly you see in england these days (all bought and paid for..etc). this is just what i needed. thanks for the video. i want fitness for health and energy. ive cut out beers + refiended sugars from my diet and already 10kg trimmer.

    Thank you man. I'm going into the army in a month and they said you got a month to lose 40 pounds, I lost 15 in the past week just eating greens and 1 meal a day, I appreciate the help with the exercises

    These exercices are amazing. It's my first time trying out. Even if I feel like I'm dying after these I'll continue doing them starting by today. In time I'm sure it's going to get easier

    Now that's the kind of body i am working for... Tight, fit, athletic and the best part is all the exercises are done properly. Even through the repetitions... Mad respect soldier.. Hoo-aah!!
