Hi, l have this same ECU on my VW Golf Mk6 1.6 tdi 2009 it is Simos PCR 2.1.
The current VW software version is 8831 date 2010, Is it possible to upgrade this to VW software version 9971.
I believe this is the latest VW software update before VW did the EA189 fix date late 2016.
As l do not want this EA189 fix software on my Golf Mk6 1.6 tdi. As l have heard lots of VW owners complain about this software upgrade

Nice repair.
I like your content very much, but your Sound is very bad, your Soldering equipment makes very loud distorsion noise. Also your Voice is sometimes quite and hart to understand. Would be nice, if you can fix this.
