I've owned homes in Scottsdale, Peoria, Cave Creek, and Fountain Hills. BY FAR, our favorite city is Fountain Hills. Far more quiet and scenic. Never any traffic. I avoid Scottsdale (I'm not a shopping mall person and I hate traffic). Good job on the comparison video

In the past. I have worked on public works projects for the city of Fountain Hills. Never in my career have I met a more arrogant self serving obnoxious group of gov employees I had to navigate with in order to do my job. It was a phenomenally surreal experience. It was as if they are all trained to be dicks on legs with intention. I can’t speak 🗣️ to why this is but it must have something to do with filthy rich people living there. I would go back to that city for anything
