Moving to a condo overlooking the park in November. I live in the NYC area now and always have. I'm sending this video to friends because they have NO IDEA what Fountain Hills is like. I LOVE Fountain Hills.
Very nice job! Thank you for showing of our beautiful Town of Fountain Hills! Wanted to share that the fountain goes off every hour - on the hour during the hours you mention for approximately 15 minutes (depends on weather/wind conditions).
Sometimes folks just have to face the thought of moving to another area where homes are more reasonable. Hint: Try OLD Bullhead City, Arizona. Rents are high, but you can STILL buy a mobile home of your own for only $100,000. That’s right, only one hundred thousand, AND that includes the land approx. 50’x100’. Seriously, you have the Colorado River is walking distance away with nine gambling casinos on the river bank on the other side in Laughlin, Nevada, 90 miles south of Vegas. There’s plenty of water sports (fishing, jet skies, etc.) and the best Springtime in the nation, IMO.
I agree with you! Homes are because more in demand these days. With plenty of people moving here to Arizona, we've seen buyers refer to these areas for a second home or for their retirement. There is an area for everyone!
Great video. I'm boycotting Adero until they name it properly. It is NOT in Scottsdale. Their marketing people are either (1) doing a bait-and-switch on their out-of-state guests or (2) they think Fountain Hills isn't cool enough. Either way, I won't spend a dime there.

While Adero is technically located in Fountain Hills, they are on the border of both Scottsdale and Fountain Hills as the road outside the hotel is the city boundary. Reading through their website they do state that they are amidst the town of Fountain Hills, so I don't think they're trying to do a bait-and-switch!
