I experienced this thing when I was doing my OJT the boss and her assistant brought their daughters to the office and the kids are arguing a lot so I decided to talk to them and entertain them. They got attached to me and started calling me Ner both of their mothers saw them behaving and being nice to each other made them smile.
During the duration of my OJT I keep playing with them if I was free and sometimes help them with their homeworks it was fun until I finished my training, They offered me a position as a in-training secretary I accepted and now 3 years later I saw the kids grow up and became proper teenagers while thinking how the hell did the years go by

This was adorable, especially with the two daughters fighting over Yuto. But why couldn't Reika and Nanase agree to a joint partnership to allow Yuto to work at both companies with having to fight over him?

Try to do a joint partnership with both companies and have Yuto in Charge of the Joint operations. Having that will also provide a support System for the Companies.
That would be good but won't that be to fragile of a partnership? I mean it all hinges on him and they're still adamant on taking him for themselves, i'd imagine the internal politics would be fucking stupid after the partnership and if something goes wrong it can go downhill very fast

A refreshing difference.
The blonde president is married, but the brunette president is seemingly not married (or at least no mention was made of her having a husband).
In typical manga, the MC would end up in a romantic relationship with the unmarried president. I was glad that wasn't the case here. It made for a refreshing change of pace.
He still has to contend with the two daughters, though. Interestingly, you can hear the mothers' philosophies reflected in the daughters' comments at the end of the story:
The blonde claims Yuto as hers, like he's property to own. The brunette says that he's free to be his own person. Hearing that, I can't help but think he made the right choice.
Kids will repeat the ways of speaking that their parents use. Like my niece.
When my niece was about to start 1st grade, she and my sister visited her teacher before school started during the school's open house day. While my sister was talking with the teacher, my niece checked out the room.
After a few minutes, my niece ran up to her mom to complain that this teacher didn't have as many games as her kindergarten teacher from last year. My sister explained that 1st graders had to spend more time doing schoolwork and less time on games. The teacher then added that the class would spend more time playing outside, that the games were only for when they couldn't go outside because it was raining.
After the first day of school, a bright and sunny day, my sister asked her daughter if she got to play with the games. My niece replied with a voice filled with sarcasm for how obvious the answer should have been:
"Well, Mama, did it rain today?"
My sister couldn't say anything about the sarcasm loaded into the answer with the implication that Mama was an idiot. That's because my niece sounded EXACTLY like my sister, imitating her mannerisms perfectly, and my sister knew it.
Besides, the way my niece answered my sister was right, it was a stupid question. 🙄😆

Yuto was the first one who got along with Kaede and Ayane and so he got the first job offer from Kaede's mom Reika 😂 And right afterwards he got a second job offer from Ayane's mom Nanase 🤣 And so the fight about Yuto began ... the CEOs faught frantically about him ... poor guy 😁 Takahashi got the shock of his life when the hot CEOs came to pick Yuto up for dinner 🤭 Yuto's main reason to work for Reika's company is (for me) understandable, he's a good son and worries about his mom 😊 That the daughters started to fight about Yuto too was really funny and sweet ☺

Well at least Yuto was able to get a job at Reika’s job💵, but now he has to deal with both Reika and Nanase elementary daughters💖 and also have a harem with both of the CEOs🖤💜💛💍.
Many employers often turn away good candidates because they put certain things first like level of education and experience. Yes these things are important for some jobs but other times if they offer on the job training they would increase the amount of people willing to sign on.
Sometimes being transparent in job interviews is a good thing

There's a difference between being honest and providing too much info. Yuto was just providing too much info during his interviews. Which worked out for him in the long run, but not so much in real life.

I think the chances of a joint venture between the two companies are even slimmer ... about the same as Ford, General Motors, Chrysler, Volkswagen, Fiat, BMW, Morgan, YUGO, Freightliner, NAV STAR, Western Star and Peterbilt/Kenworth merging into a single company under the Peterbilt/Kenworth name, or reviving one of the brands Chrysler acquired when they bought AMC, such as NASH, Packard, Hudson, Studebaker, Willies-Overland, or Rambler.
