No shade on Britney. I have a mental illness, need help with my bills, don't have the public outbursts she displays. She may need a conservator, just not a family member. Then hopefully she celebrate what she does have.
Mental illness is why folks get legal and medical conservatorship!! Talk to a social worker, psychiatrist, alliance of the mentally ill!! Interview a professional IN THAT FIELD instead of making stuff up to debate!! There are well established critetia and procedures to assess ones need for conservatorship! But britany is NOT WELL!!

@@mollyram2997 It was not found that every dollar was accounted for. She wanted to end the court battled an settled. It is still in court documents the allegations of theft. Forbes magazine did an article before the conservatorship ended and estimated she should have been worth more than 200 million dollars. But her net worth was only quote at about 60 million. Her father was not vindicated. She won a lot in court including ending it, denying her father access to her financial information, her brand was returned and stipulations that would have tied up her finances were removed.

She is no longer with us, because so many people dropped the ball and wasn’t paying attention to her spiraling out of control, or just making excuses for her behavior. This is what happens when they go off there medication.

Those of you saying leave her alone, just know that she not only is putting herself at risk but others! She speeds in her car and has been stopped multiple times without a drivers license. She burned down her own dance studio so if she’s in a crazed state in a hotel with a lit cig and doesn’t give a crap, it wouldn’t take much for her to burn down a hotel. She’s got a bad temper and luckily, no hotel staff that we are aware of, has had something thrown at them but that could be just a matter of time. She ends up naked in hotels and beaches with little kids around. Her mental problems affect others. At some point if her violence gets worse, someone might get hurt. She’s a danger to herself and others. We are far too tolerant of people in public behaving poorly. Doesn’t anyone care that this woman is incredibly ill and she’s about to self implode?

It would be the result of serious criminal behavior by Brit. I can see that happening sometime soon. The longer she’s off her meds the deeper that spiral goes. If she hurts or kills someone she’ll end up in a facility for the criminally insane. I really think that’s where this is going. She’s not able to have any clarity of mind. She’s not able to say, hey, I should see my Psychiatrist and get my meds. Not going to happen. I believe she used Sam to get out of the conservatorship just to get off the meds. Nothing good can come from this. You’re right, no one will take the conservatorship. She’s too far gone.

Britney and I are both the same age. I would blast her Baby One More Time CD every night during my senior year while closing the Electronics Department at Kmart back in 1999. I had a big crush on her back then. It really breaks my heart to see her like this. I think back to how young and wholesome she was when she started out. I am praying that she gets the help that she needs before it is too late.

But I don`t know how did you view her as wholesome, She did not show us her life and freetime before she started doing that show with her husband. It was and mostly is just an image they create, and that you were presented, (like always when doing business, when you have to be very" perfect", the way that the marketing hits especially to teenagers and kids ,they being the main customers ofc.) It was not the "real" person, as she said herself. I read her book.This is the real person, that she, herself chooses to post about herself and chooses to do. Either people accept her the way she really is, or they don`t. I have to add that it is very sweet that you care about her still though. She means much to people. That`s why they care about this matter. : )

I'm not saying Britney needs one but my roommate works in social services and spent many years working as a state conservator. There actually are a lot of people with conservators. There are a lot of people with mental illness if they didn't have one would probably end up dead.

Being that he just had a leg amputated probably not. Also this was a failed attempt at trying to put her under a conservatorship but her lawyers put a stop to that. I think at this point he had accepted that he will never control her money again.

I don't even think it's drugs. She has a serious mental illness. Of anything, she's not on her Medication. And when someone on medication stops taking it all of a sudden, that's when bad things will start to happen. For example, this is what happens to kayne west sometimes. He will have these manic bi polar episodes from not taking his medication.
Her family & close loved ones/friends already tried an intervention after she was dancing with knives. Her staff was terrified of her, apparently. She unfortunately did not let the cops or anyone past the front gate security. Yes she does need one though but this will be tough now. We all remember pre conservatorship when she was speaking in tongues, getting naked & banned from hotels. Checked herself out of rehab, shaved her head to avoid the hair strand test & then the umbrella etc etc then conservatorship. We really are seeing how much worse off she is now vs in it huh. It's wild. She is very sick

Her life is DEFINITELY in danger. To me, oh well that’s a lot of people that are addicts as well. The issues I have is with her mistreatment to animals and those around her.
