When you walked up to the counter with the duck lamp...and said "either super weird or super cool"....I was with you, it could go either direction...but on the cupboard with all the other colours, it complimented everything so nicely...it looked like a long lost duck came home.

That orange, red, and yellow velour table covering! I purchased that exact thing when I was in high school from a thrift store and used it to cover my stereo as a base for my moss and wild mushroom collection. I’ve always been a collector of oddities! 😁

I think the lovely dome is for butter, too, with the little insert with holes for drainage. Would work for cheese but wouldn’t need the third piece.

Hahaha! Getting ready for a gathering of 15 people on our front porch tonight, sat down to put my feet up for a couple minutes... new vlog - yes please! Love the painting with the missing anchor details. Wasn't sure about the duck lamp, but it is cute in place... I would rub something on it to age it a bit, but that is just me. Enjoyed going along on your thrift adventure - now, I have a carmelized onion tart to make for tonight!
