I'm no Elvis expert and not even a fan, but the way he said have a scarf sounded very much like him. The seemingly flip comment combined with the way he's acting., and shopping at an old school record store to begin with, makes this claim ntriguing.
Granted there are lots of Elvis impersonators out there but not for nothing but it is in my opinion that this was extremely difficult to tell. That person went to great lengths to hide his identity. only someone who doesn’t want to be seen would go to that great of a length.
Also Jeff burrows is elvis he didnt die ask google she says his apartment manager died august 16 1977 not elvis thats proof for me but watch the movie elvis is alive telling the story he’s alive
