I been feeling numbness on my little toe and weak ankle strength flexion, i can't walk with my heel or toes, i got my lumbar spine mri is this is result:
IMPRESSION:
1. Small posterior disc protrusion L5-S1 with mass effect upon the right greater than left S1 nerve root and right greater than left lateral recess narrowing and foraminal narrowing.
2. Mild degenerative disc disease and diffuse facet joint degeneration is otherwise appreciated throughout the lumbar spine.

I’m so exhausted with doctors who don’t listen and what I feel are unnecessary procedures but I do them just in the hope it might work.
Never in my life have I understood why people choose to check out of life due to pain etc. now I understand.

So doing the exercise where we pull our tummy in (when sitting or doing abs-pulling to the floor) rolling the hips fwd and stomach/abs inward to the spine should be a good workout right? Seems like this can be done almost anywhere.
