I had my scad 4 months ago. 47, healthy. I learned in some research that if you have the gene that puts you at risk of scad, you don't have the genes that put you at risk for (typical) heart disease (plaque in arteries etc). The continuing chest pain is weird and getting tired more easily is frustrating but you kearn a bew type of slower living

just had this 2 weeks ago...a heart attack due to scad...i ride 30 miles and run 25ish miles a week...had 3 stents put in
