    Nice,can I aware about direction of the massage neither towards heart or not

      That is more appropriate for effleurage techniques on the limbs - always work towards the body/heart. For more specific work on the back it won’t really affect blood flow towards the heart

    Fab video as always! Where, did you get your face cushion from?😊

    Can I ask where you get your slimmer face hole cushions from please. I swop between face hole and craddle as the craddle has more padding by I prefer to work with out the craddle. Many thanks and love all of your video

      Hi Zara, they are called gel face cushions, really comfy and stop the client getting a red line around their face! Cost about £18 from Amazon
      Thanks Clare

    Curious about percussion. I didnt see that used at all. Would it be useful or not?

      I would use it for a pre event massage to stimulate the muscles but not general treatment - though you can do!

    Hi! Does a separate step need to be done to work teres minor? Or are you hitting it when you work infraspinatus here?

      @pressurepointtraining4535  6 месяцев назад

      Hi Haley, teres minor runs along the lateral edge of infraspinatus so same technique

    is this not just a deep tissue?

    • @pressurepointtraining4535
      @pressurepointtraining4535  5 месяцев назад +1

      Sports massage and deep tissue are very similar, these are just a few techniques used

    • @Deante8gray
      @Deante8gray Месяц назад +1

      Deep tissue is slow and used to treat acute and above acute pain, sports massage is fast and uses different movements depending on what the client needs for recovery or for a sport
