You have a very enjoyable flight & it's tempting for me try the QSuite as well. Egypt is such a corruptive country. Can't imagine you got caught by the police for money even when you are leaving the country at the airport. Regrettably, it won't be on my bucket list.

Hello mate! I’m flying Cairo-Doha in two weeks too and I have a connection flight in business class I’ve called them up and they told me that I apparently don’t have access to the first class lounge even if I land on that “first class” flight Any ideas why?
No wonder Qantas would like Qatar left out of Australia - they’d be afraid of losing business to the QSuites😄 It’s amazing such a great experience could even be offered on such a short flight
Cairo is my least favorite city in the world and CAI is the worst airport in the world. This is saying something as I’ve been to numerous airports in Pakistan and India. And unfortunately, most of the people I’ve come in contact with in Egypt were dishonest, cheating and up to no good. Stay away is my message!
Actually Q-Suite was the worst business class I've experienced so far. Couldn't sleep because the bed was so hard in the middle, some kind of metal thing, even with the "mattress", just painful, impossible to sleep. Never again.

We have flown twice with Qatar business class long haul Manchester to Asia and both times never got the Q suites,
