Today we try and survive an international flight with our toddler and Sara being 7 months pregnant as we leave Sicily and fly all the way to Buenos Aires Argentina to see our truck camper Lucky LeAw again!

Lucky LEAW!! Memories: almost freezing to death in Canada, building the supports, swimming in so many beautiful places, getting robbed, the months in limbo at the police campground with cats, the journey to Aldo's, the flight home!

I can't imagine how tired you were filming, wobble head after so many hours no sleep and time zone changes. Luce did so well! I hope you don't encounter too many bumps in the road and sure will be emotional saying bye when the time comes.

Your epic plane flight looked surprisingly comfortable. Seeing Lucky LEAW again had to be very emotional. I hope you are satisfied with whatever the final outcome you found for the vehicle.

I was afraid for you to make the journey but I understand now that this is who you are. Your word is your bond and you always stand by it so you had to do it. Luce is a wonderful little traveler. I loved watching her pull her bag through the Palermo airport and later riding on it. Great idea. Praying that all goes well with the truck. I think it is ok. 🙏.

Our 3 kids traveled with similar "trunkies" like Luce's - they snaps into line and we traveled through airports with such "train" of kids riding on their suitcases

This was a lot of travel to get rid of a vehicle. I think you should have asked Aldo to please donate it for you. But maybe you wanted to visit Aldo and Argentina again? Enjoy your visit and safe travels back to Sicily. 😊
They have said many times that they had to both be present to sign legal documents and because it is licensed in Canada they need government permission to first import to Argentina and then get more permission to donate.
@@marylee361 You can do anything with the Power of Attorney and a good Notary/Agency. Why don’t we just accept that they wanted to go? I get that they want to say Bye-bye to the rust bucket.

Sarah and Luca, you two are such an inspiration. Your sense of adventure and commitment as parents is admirable. You guys are a role model for what can be acheived. Would it be possible for you to also share some tips, tricks, and product recommendations that you use with Lucia when traveling or just at home in liew of screen time. It is a dilemma that is very real for a lot of parents. My Pretiction: New battery, and fresh fuel, and she/he will fire right up, because it is a FORD!

I was smiling watching Luce’s face on takeoff. Every emotion was in that little face. Fear, excitement, happy, love. It was beautiful. I think mine had al the same when you pulled in and saw your old home. After travelling with you we have similar feelings to this vehicle. I love that it has Canadian plates as well. lol. 🇨🇦 what an adventure for all of you. You may need a boost but I bet she will start and run. I do think mice I’ll have got in. But not sure every country is different, as in climate. Here gets so cold they look for a warmer place. Maybe not there in a warm climate. Good luck with everything.

Glad you arrived in Argentina, and visited the van, after four and half years. It would be very emotional to see the van. again when you travelled all the way to Alaska in the van, Then all the way to Argentina in the van.
