For people who want to know why there is so many USA people: USA and UK have common law system, which is more flexible and this makes offering bounty possible. Most of the countries in the world uses the roman civil law system and they have not law to regulate bounty.

Probably cause its the richest country,or it's just the easiest to get data from and there are probably bounties from other places that are missing, or perhaps they just do the bounty stuff more often. Because even the dudes not listed under America are being hunted down by them, like El Chapo, Pablo Escobar, osama bin laden, even the hitler bounty is from an American, so for whatever reason the list skews towards American Data.

I think this should account inflation numbers too. Like for example it says Al Capone's bounty was $50k, 50k of al Capone's era in the 40s would be like 650k today.
