Superb tutorial again! You videos about MS Office products on the iPad have always been a cut above. Thank you and keep up the great work. Are you also going to create updated ones for Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote? Outlook would also be amazing.
Hi Gareth. Firstly, thanks for the kind comment, it really helps keep my motivation going for this channel! Yes, I will be revisiting all the apps you have listed, plus some that I haven’t covered before like Microsoft To Do. I hope to have them all covered by the end of the year. The next one will be PowerPoint, followed by Excel.
Geat content! However I'm curious if it possible to edit the border of the table, like if I only want to top or bottom border of a certain cell to appear?
Thank you for the tutorial! How do you edit the quick access toolbar at the bottom? I accidentally added indent and would like to remove it but can’t figure out how. Thanks again!
Hi! First of all thanks for this amazing tutorial. I’m new to all of this so that was very helpful! One thing I can’t find an answer to is how to move titles/headlines into a table of content with structure? Only found solutions for PC so im kind of lost here. Id very much appreciate some help. Thanks
Hi, whenever i’m editing the header/footer, i can’t seem to go back to the body. Is there a way to exit the header/footer mode ? I tried double clicking on the body but it still won’t let me hop out of the header/footer mode.
I’m trying to delete pages. Somehow , I added blank pages that I cannot delete from my iPad. I’ve googled but thumbnail view is recommended in order to delete the extra pages. Can you help direct me please? Thanks! I do not have a mouse connected.
Wrap text is covered in the tutorial, but I don’t know why it’s not appearing on your iPad. Two things spring to mind: The object you want to wrap the text around isn’t selected, or you are running an old version of the app where this feature isn’t available.
Excellent intro to Word on iPad! What I haven‘t quite worked out yet is how to store, open and arrange files in the Files app if I‘m using iCloud sharing (shared with my main iMac device) rather than OneDrive. Have you done a video on that, or is it so obvious that only a derp like me would find it a problem? :-)
It depends on what you want to do in the files app in terms of organising files. I have a video here with some tips, but it might not cover what you’re looking for: ruclips.net/video/9UJLhDZp2Co/видео.html
How do you set a numbering value on the numbered list? For example, if I want to start the numbering value to 4, where can I format it to be like that? It works on laptops but I can't find it on an Ipad.
I’ve struggled with this for way too long, and now I am not! Thanks you! I still am confused about the SAVE part. I’m not sure about where they go? Do they automatically go to the FILE app? I have trouble finding and saving stuff. WORD and the Apple FILE places confuse me. Not sure how they interface. Can you include that?
Buzz- Hi. Thanks for making this. It's a big help. I have a question. Can I Bookmark Word. That is, if I have a very long doc, say 100,000 words, I want to be able to find certain points in the document without scrolling. Can I establish a bookmark and just click on my bookmark list to take me to the point in the text I want? Thanks.
@@MKMTG Thanks. That's what I thought. I went to the Apple Store today and they said the same thing. I guess, I was hoping they are wrong. I write fiction stories (lots of words) and it would help if I could jump from place to place without scrolling. I think what I will do is leave Keyword here and there, like say, Cleopatra, and I can use the Find function to just take me there. Thanks for getting back to me. Thanks for the video. It's a big help.
Hi, could you make another video where you explain how to create a table of contents with the iPad in Word? Despair at the moment and have to do it for an internship! Thank you in advance!
Hi thanks for posting. I made a table and saved it however the grid lines didn’t save. Would you know how to change the settings on an iPad? Thanks in advance
@@MKMTG that’s not. If we make some changes in word document, we can compare the previous and revised document on desktop word. Can we do this on iPad version of word app?

Hey @BUZZKEILTech, I am a STEM teaching just recently started my middle school students on learning how to type via bluetooth iPad keyboards. In addition, they have microsoft 365 logins and I tried teaching Word on their iPad but my information I bought was only for desktop. Do you by chance have a pdf guide with this information that I can share with my students or can you direct me in the right direction on finding it. Great video you made and I plan on incorporating the various parts throughout the next few weeks.
I’m afraid I don’t have a PDF. You could probably take a lot of Microsoft’s support documentation and convert it though: support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/word-for-ipad-help-6567cf2a-c949-4213-912d-f7a14f6264c5
