What’s your favourite terminology of the male reproductive organ?
SCHLONG is our new fave 🥹😳
Ku Ku Jiao
I remember when I was 9, there a bit of rise of teens pregnancy going on and my dad felt that it was the right time to educate my brother (11 yrs old) and I. He drew images of both genders’s private parts and how male genital penetrate the female genital and that male releases sperms etc. well, you get the image. I recalled he ended off, saying we are still really young and that we need to know how to protect ourselves and the loved ones around us. Should there be any curiosity at such young age, sure it is but never give into pressure if anyone forces you to do something you don’t want to do. If anything else, do feel safe to come daddy and tell me.
I felt my dad did fantastic job. He wasn’t taboo about it. He said it will come sooner or later but he rather be the first one to educate us.
The which-JC-has-the-most-abortion thing is legit. My family member is an abortion counsellor in a public hospital and yeah there ARE such stats haha
During my generation, it is rumored that Catholic JC has the highest abortion rate among JC. Not sure how true that is
Regarding the baby hatch, there's one at Chijmes. Obv it's not used anymore, but back when it was still a convent, Chijmes had this available.
this episode reminded me of a movie called "broker", its about such mothers abandoning their babies in korea and the crime syndicates that revolve around it. oh and it stars IU!!
I think John C should have been on the episode or at least pop in to give his input. It touched on abortion but just on the surface and the conversation drifted off with no return to the topic on hand. Presenters could have elaborate more - at least from a religious standpoint and others. Since it’s a sensitive topic / distressing for anyone that goes through it. Just giving my two sense on it.
agree, but also the pro life 'side' gets under represented, and smeared as a 'religious' view. it's not. I used to be pro-choice for the longest time until I had the chance to listen to the other side and realised that the arguments have the logical and moral highground - it's just that the arguments get stifled/mischaracterised in popular media.
@@alui5362 wanna share more about how prolife arguments have the logical high ground? i'm genuinely curious (i'm ignoring the morals side since morals are subjective)
Because this episode is not about abortion and religion. It’s about sex education.
Just adopt the Taiwan Sex Ed curriculum. It shouldnt just be about male female sex but most importantly CONSENT CONSENT CONSENT as well as inclusivity and gender identity
In Malaysia it is a common social problem with the Malay community due to the shame and the religious taboos. Majority are due to underage pregnancies, where youngsters experiment with sex that resulted in pregnancies.
during sec 1 science lesson, there is a chapter in science biogology teaching about human reproductve system. That is the lesson, even at that lesson time there are students are not paying attention.
Oooops tensions felt a little high at some points 🥴
Really? I remember that in my time, we have sex education in my secondary school. It was part of the curriculum in the moral education lesson/ subject. There were a doctor, a pastor, teacher who conducted the lesson. In fact, in the doctor opened the lesson / topic with the sentence "masturbation is normal". And we have to repeat this a few times. We were introduced to a few contraceptives, shown photos and the actual items. We were also shown images of the sexual organs. Of course we were also taught the consequences of having casual sex. So, I am surprised that Singapore schools do not teach sex education now.
love the new format for the introduction!!!
during my sexuality education training to teach it in schools, the trainer said it is not sex education. we are not teaching them how to have sex. its sexuality education
Are u going to do a episode to discuss on the rid out properties?
Malaysian here. I studied in government school and did have sex ed in our school (putting condom on banana, how to practice safe sex, the pill, etc). I am also a teacher and used to teach in international school (now am a lecturer) and I teach sex ed in my science class as well. I believe, most schools in Malaysia now do have sex ed unless its a religious school. 😮💨
Oh and we were also told that masturbation is normal and we should not feel that it is wrong. But I was from a convent so maybe that's why
Loved this episode haha
Damn Jon is on fire with his questions and framing
the point of sex ed wasnt to teach the children how to have sex though. Its meant to teach the consequences of it such as pregnancy and stds. There's a reason why there are censorships for sex content in cinemas for children under a certain age. I dun see why there is a need to show even teenagers how to have sex. And if the pushback is that the kids will find a way to learn it themselves, well that's how most things happen anyway. But at least they are taught the consequences of it.
LOVE
27:32 bruh said va-gi-na
27:36 takes a few seconds to process started self laughing. Bruh if I am his position I would do the same 😂🤣
I think he's waiting for everyone responses, then no one heard. so he being himself started laughing because no one laugh.
intro so good la
Nice video.
It would be great to have an episode featuring Jon Paul randomly commenting on various topics by pulling pieces of paper from a bag 🤣
I really wonder.....do RUclips monetized this? Do TDK not get paid? I assumed they don't and this is just raising awareness, which still still is fair
"or just use condom" - now that is the brain talking.
wasn't anyone taught that anal sex DOESNT cause pregnancy ❤❤luv you guys !!
As a malaysian, my sex ed is through the hub
Thank you, going to throw rubbish in the chutes later😊make me scared already
i mean in malaysia there is a chapter about reproduction but mostly about plants haha very little on humans
Not sure if I am the only one feeling this way but sometimes I feel that Jon Paul’s comments or reactions to sensitive topics can be rather insensitive and/or offensive.
Fire him! Disgusting. Unsubscribed
Yeah he is a bit impulsive.
i.e. like most secondary school kids
agree he is often the weakest link on the pod with really bad takes sometimes. but in this particular episode i thought the point he mentioned about body counts and being proud of it/flaunting etc. was actually good for further discussion even if he could have worded it a bit better. the way shermaine reacted kind of killed the vibe and made it a bit awkward at the end imo.
@@verselines your reaction is the exact opposite of mine. His reaction and point was weak. Shermaine should have pushed him more.
Sherms so cute!!!
