    Thanks for all your tips!! My big problem is the to do list! I think by writing them down I will accomplish more, but when I see how big the list is I feel overwhelmed and then try to prioritize, but by then I feel defeated!! Also, do you have any thoughts on the Carnivore diet! I started keto about 3 years ago, then went Carnivore because of so many health issues, especially chronic pain and fatigue! My pain and fatigue is SO MUCH BETTER, but also I am have more mental clarity! Also I am no longer type 2 diabetic and my anxiety and depression are gone and I am now off 7 of my 11 long term prescriptions!! I'm 72 and was disabled at 50 and now feel better than I have in over 25 years!! Would love to hear your opinion on this way of eating. Thank you so much!! God bless you!! ❤🤗🙏🙏

    Im4laying here in bed,watching this vid... lue blocler glasses... I ate an hour ago i live alone, rurally, it is quiet. I find white noise, ambient sounds, etc, annoying. Nothing beats quiet.
    Having a good weight workout really helps with sleep for thee next two nights.
    History videos really relax me. Here I go.

    So when you say don't skip meals you mean that you should make sure to get all the nutrients for the day or by not doing intermittent fasting?

    About Phenylalanine.. is it true aspartame also makes this in the body? Asking cause you mentioned this supplement in previous videos.

    Hello Doctor, when I face a problem, my body shakes, my heartbeat increases, and I feel difficulty speaking. I tried Ashwagandha for a month and my condition did not improve. Do you advise me to leave Ashwagandha and what is the alternative?

      Take a look if you didn't to Thought field therapy or EFT. But highly recommand the Thought field therapy with callahan.
      Saved my life.
