    Shoden Aswagandha works well for me. But same as everything, it builds tolerance overtime, therefore it will lose effects in 1-2 months and another working herb or supplement is needed to cycle. Rhodiola Rosea seems to not work for me at all - I've tried HSN's one, 800mg, later upped the dose to 1600mg. No results in 2 weeks. Looking for another solution. Trying 600mg lemon balm extract trice a day + 400mg holy basil leaf twice a day. Also what are your thoughts on emodin as a way to reduce high cortisol?

    What do you do when you're burned out on taking all hot supplements? I take so many for so many years that my stomach is now staying to get nauseous and I just don't want to take them even though I need them.

    • @No_ReGretzkys99
      @No_ReGretzkys99 24 дня назад +1

      It's probably the jealous encapsule that the brands are buying is made I'm not saying it's bad but a lot of people who take years and years to supplements and when I bodybuild it this is what we did we bought powder supplements and put them into our own capsules and you'll find that using a natural capsule will eliminate most of that but a lot of these you should take with a little bit of food or at least a protein shake because if you don't coat your stomach lining medicine. Or vitamins and supplements can tear up your stomach lining Tylenol is one of them Creatine is another one of them

  • @CandyGirl44

    We don't have many of these supplements or blends available.
    We do have Valerian, L theanine and essential oils.
    The new study on Niacin is alarming. It was very helpful for depression.
    My fibromyalgia insomnia is really only helped by powerful drugs. It's a pity, as supplements used to work for me previously. I seem to be starting to become intolerant of alcohol - hope that doesn't mean liver issues! It has always previously helped with muscle relaxation.
    The absolute worst is that, no matter the circumstances, my husband can fall asleep anywhere, any place, any time. He's snoring next to me, and he had an espresso with dinner! I'm stressing about having a visitor tomorrow, a former work colleague I havent seen for 20 years, who is going though a tough time after her fiance cheated on her. It was an on the spur of the moment decision to make the journey to us, and my cleaner is only coming Wednesday, and I really battled to get the guest room clean with my back. I'm like, I'm the exhausted and sore one, why are you the one sleeping without a care in the world 🤣🤣
