Me and my ex were together for 15 years no marriage. Me and my current just celebrated 8 years no marriage. A Long term relationship shouldn't be that different than marriage. The only difference is the legal ramifications.
@@theresidentteacher2438 "We agreed"? Thats not how that went. I just never proposed. What is my chick going to try and force me into marriage? Thats like me trying to force her into sex. Its not happening.
Story 1: She was just keeping OP as a placeholder in hopes that someone better comes along. She probably has someone in mind already, someone she feels a connection to and is waiting for him to make a move. OP is merely the backup plan, the safe bet, the consolation price that will provide comfort and security and money in case her true love never comes around. He was right to dump her, he deserves to be someone's first choice. He deserves to be with someone who loves him as much as he loves her. His ex clearly didn't.
I don’t blame op for not be a backup plan for his girlfriend and his ex family just want op to take back the ex because they don’t want to deal with her story 1
33-39 6 years in relationship ? Still not ready... She thinks she is in 20's or something. You cant string along someone at this age who is has every intention to marry... She is wasting your time, she doesn't need a husband but a sponsor !!
Story 3: The sister makes no sense, she’s mad because OPs wedding is overshadowing her pregnancy but she got pregnant 2-3 months before the original wedding date. Then when they did move the wedding it wasn’t good enough. OP said they floated the winter wedding and the sister was receptive to the idea but December is bad because she’s 8 months, January she would be having the baby or just had it, February she’d have a baby maybe a month old and probably used that as an excuse to not go. Seems like she just wanted a reason fuck things up for OP. She probably wanted her to move it back to summer so she would have time to look good in pictures, not 8 months pregnant or recently gave birth.
S1: I mean if I propose to you twice and you say no which yea you don’t have to say yes but if you say no I’ll see no reason for you to live with me any further.🤷🏾 I’m nobody’s wait n see back up plan Especially since she pretty much goaded him into another proposal by “dropping hints” as op put it she doesn’t want to be married to bro and he started to realize that and that was the moment the game was over And anyone supporting her nonsense to h*ll with em.
Facing challenges in relationships is part of the journey, but there’s always a way forward. My marriage encountered significant issues, but with the right help, my wife and I managed to overcome them and strengthen our relationship. Solutions are attainable if you’re willing to put in the work and collaborate. Keep your hope-solutions are out there.
I’m facing major problems in my relationship and can't imagine losing her. I love and miss her greatly and am prepared to do whatever is necessary to have her return. I’d be deeply grateful for any advice or guidance you can offer.
Moving away from someone you hold close is invariably tough, but in my particular situation, I was supported by a spiritual counselor who prevented the unraveling of my marriage. Her name is Suzanne Ann Walters.
I appreciate this guidance. I'll quickly search for her online. Thank you. I'm optimistic that this approach will also bring me the results I desire; I miss her dearly
That first ‘no’ was the sign to cut your losses and leave. She was callous in how she rejected that first proposal. She’s got a right to her opinion on whether she thinks OP is capable of commitment, but OP is an adult who should’ve stood up for himself and validated his own feelings. At least the garbage was taken out eventually
It's a pity first OP didn't flip her script. When she started dropping hints about marriage, "I don't think you're ready for the commitment just yet". See how fast she hit the roof.
The Harold character isn’t in love with OP. He’s in love with her dad and see OP as a rival for her father’s attention. Want to bet the father and Harold have they getting it on?
What is with people expecting them to plan their wedding around them? Just get married and stop pandering to others. If they can't make it then they can't make it. An 8 month pregnant woman isn't useless. Stop demeaning women and treating them like they are incapable just because they are pregnant. If she was on bed rest or experiencing problems that's a different story but it's not the norm. She was a child who just wanted to not share attention. She needs to grow up.
I dont see how you could be surprised if someone leaves you after you reject marriage not just once... But twice. You're basically indicating to that person in their eyes that you don't want to be with them in that sense so why should they continue to waste time pursuing? I can understand having commitment issues... But maybe people should think about thay before getting into long term relationships in the first place and wasting other people's time when they themselves aren't ready to seriously date and persue anything further.
I’m sure every woman who came at the first OP would absolutely support a woman for leaving a man if he doesn’t propose for years. Why is this not the same?
Any woman that loves a man would be thrilled to be asked for marriage. Theres no such thing as a woman denying your proposal- she's clearly stalling cuz she think she can grt someone better. In fact she was probably cheating the whole tome
Marriage is a stupid concept there is no difference between marriage and dating. But nah I’m on op’s side they CLEARLY have different views in and on life Also 14:52 is effing wild😂
Story 1. Yea no after the first no there would have to be some serious talks of i was gonna do it again and I'd say up front "if you say no again that's it. It is over. I'm dumping you on the spot." Last Story: my goodness i wouldn't let a pregnancy overshadow a wedding any day. It's not my fault you spread your legs and got knocked up. if you can't be the moh then don't be the moh. Jesus and throwing things too? What a joke of a sister. That there would get her kicked outta the wedding for sure.
Story 1 op ex is probably a leech who walk over him. 6 yrs wasting time of rejection just low. She should have explained why turn down the proposal twice. That's just wrong
No need to explain anything...every properly redpilled educated guy know that theres only two options at that point: 1) she dont want to be married at all 2) she dont want to be married with OP (AKA there is someone else)
It's a pity first OP didn't flip her script. When she started dropping hints about marriage, "I don't think you're ready for the commitment just yet". See how fast she hit the roof.
Oh HELL NAW! As soon as he said "Been together 6 years" it was a WRAP. Even a Woman wouldn't wait for that long
Some do. My dad and stepmom didn't get married until after 11 years of dating, the right one will just want to be with you marriage or not.

She keeps rejecting his proposal and asks "What's wrong?" when he acts upset after?
She pulls bullshit, he gets upset, and then she pretends to not know what's wrong? Sounds like a classic Toxic Girl Trait (tm) to me.
She wants to be his Mistress

She wasnt "hinting" proposal to her BF, but she was thinking loud about her side-piece guy proposing

Why no? She's expired goods already, it's crazy that she even expects to get proposed to at this point, let alone twice by the same guy???
