a ton of guys did it before PRG. the thing is, people who are actually into sound hate those mics. because those things aren't balanced either.
i.e those pick up sounds inaccurately(if we're trying to get some data) and doesn't even pick up some frequencies.

Those ear mics are sick! The real ones definetly sound the best, the $130 was okay but the bass was muddy
I have to say that since I know something about fakes, I have to say that there has recently been an even slightly better version of the best fake shown here that only cost around 110 USD

The black fake one was the best it is better than the real one in terms of audio but for the microphone, the real one is easy to spot.

I got it right I said option two. You can just tell you can hear the person when they talk and it sounds more clear than the fake ones.

I chose between option 2 and 4. Both of them sounded nice, but I liked option four way more, including the headphones I liked the sound of the 130 dollar fakes cause it hit way more bass.

Not a bad idea. AirPods Max doesn’t have a natural EQ since it relies on Adaptive EQ, the EQ automatically changes depending on the songs. something that even high end headphones do not have.
