I had one , loved it, sold it to one of my female students and have regretted it ever since. I am now looking for a replacement at double what the price was! This is just solid guitar, American made, no frills, sounds great!
I bought one several years ago and it is my go to guitar for everyday playing. Even with my lack of skill, the dogs don't bark and the cats don't screech. For a reasonably low price, I can recommend it to anyone, even the beginner looking for a quality made guitar so he will practice more. We all seem to use something more if we have a substantial investment in it. It would be a lot easier to give up if all you had invested was $99.
Just got this beautiful guitar a few weeks ago. What an amazing sound and great size. The only thing I would change is the 1 11/16 width at the nut...this is not a complaint....my fault, I wish I would have looked at the specs closer. I’m used to the 1 3/4” on my Martin Dreadnought jr (which I HIGHLY recommend checking out). Not US made but all solid wood and at $599 new with built in pickup....AMAZING guitar.
how would you compare the two? I know the 15m is a lot more expensive. I was going to buy a dreadnaught jr as a step up guitar from my fender cd100 but don't know if is worth it. Should wait and save some cash for this 15m ?
Nice review, Todd. I'm looking to buy a 00-15M for a friend. Your review highlighted all the best of what this guitar has to offer. Hard to believe Martin still sells a quality all solid wood guitar at this price. Thanks, Eben
Spoon, you never disappoint with your demos. Thank you. Just bought this guitar.
.
👍👍
Spoon Philips looks like he came straight from working at the docks. A union man no doubt, with a fine guitar.
GRAND NAGUS ZEK you are too funny. !!

I appreciate Spoon Philipps and his review. He shows you can play different styles with this oo-15m, not just blues! Thanks for this point 😉

An Irish accent and a sheepdog would complete this video 😉 great video, and beautiful guitar 🙌
Maybe one day!
I clicked on the video expecting an irish accent
I wish they offered this with the shorter scale
Do you advice this guitar for every king of music?
The sheeps are in the grass, so I can play guitar
