Got a couple CV50 Teles to mod this year.....then added brass saddles and Fralin Blues Specials in one....Lollar Special T in the other...and WOW...both guitars sound magnificent....better sounding (but not better feeling though) than my USA/Japanese guitars. Lollar in the neck is particularly magical for me.

I specd out a guitar very similar to yours about a month ago, same pickup combo. Can't wait to get it! That neck pickup sounds wonderful

Hello Josh… what value tone pots and caps are you using? Thanks for this demo. Great playing!

Just the standard 250k pots, CTS. For the caps I typically use .22 uF with single coils as I do here. It gives finer tuning of how much top end you want to roll off.

sound great. what height did you adjust them?

Honestly, I don't recall, but the way I normally do it is raise the bridge up pretty good and then adjust the neck until its the same volume, because neck pickups tend to overtake the volume of the bridge quite easily.
