    FRUIT SALSA
    Chopped Small:
    1 apple
    1 kiwi
    1 orange
    1/2 cup raspberries
    1 cup strawberries
    (You can also change the fruit to make different combinations and flavors)
    1/2 tablespoon white sugar
    1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 tablespoon fruit preserves
    Gently mix the chopped fruit together and add white sugar, brown sugar and preserves. Mix again and place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
    CINNAMON CHIPS
    6” Tortillas
    Cinnamon Sugar (1/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon)
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    Spray four 6” tortillas with cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Cut each into 6 pieces.
    Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crisp.
    Dip the cinnamon chips into the fruit salsa and enjoy!
