Thanks for the video! Silly question but will i need to remove the PLD Player Location Display mod to install this? I want to install this mod, but dont want the lower left text overlapping and unreadable if there is no menu to adjust the text. Thank you.
It’s never a silly question it’s totally left up to you if you want PLD the question is do you want to keep both locations up at the same time I haven’t used PLD in a long time. One of them has got the original postals in the PLD and the simple hud I think I believe it’s OCRP postals so it’s totally left up to you on that. But my advice will be either to use one or the other cause it may cause grammar police to actually crash on you by leaving both of them up so you might wanna keep that in mind it’s never a silly question to ask me anything. If I know the answer I will give it to anyone if I don’t I will tell you straight up. I do not know the answer. Thank you for your question. I will see you in the next one.
@Speedy816 Awesome thank you! I will probably switch to simplehud once the menu returns then. Hopefully it won't be a long wait but the thought of having to use the ini file to adjust the position of the text and reload everytime is daunting!
As I hate to admit it, my friend, I switched back down to 3179 myself because of the simple hud this new Simple hud don’t have no menu no speed limit no nothing just colored map until they upgrade simple hud and until they put the menu back in and then upgrade back to the current version that we’re on see you in the next one
@Speedy816 yeah I read it used to have a menu but for me that is a must as I don't fancy editing the pixels in the ini! For now I think I will not install simplehud, but I will keep an eye on it for sure.

I am no idea, but I will have to admit it does suck without it as I drop back down to 3179
I did install and followed all your steps but it's not working. Just the old map n everything comes up. Please help 😢

Is there a way to uninstall if you install it in the game folder instead of the mods folder?
