I’ve also been taking L-Glut and it really does work well. I’m IBS girlie, and I am gluten free but we always focus on limiting things and not enough about what we can ADD - and I love how it’s helped fortify my gut essentially. ❤

Lydia, I’d love to see a tutorial from you on tucking sweaters and shirts, sleeve rolling, collar popping 😉 - all the styling you do to make your clothes look cool and effortless. Also a sort of guide, if you will, on pant lengths, sleeve lengths, coat hem lengths, boot heights, heel heights, the kind of fits and looks you’ll get from the different shapes and fabrics of garments…a Lydia Millen guide on classic dressing: what to wear, how to pair it, how to style it…basically how to create a Lydia approved look from top to bottom…the recipe I guess! 👩🏻🍳 And of course including accessories: bags, shoes, jewelry, gloves, scarves, sunglasses, hair bows for women that look chic and who better to give us a quintessential guide on hats? I would LOVE that. 🤍🩶🤍

Thank you dear Lydia, I have been following you for years and love your content! I am so thankful that you also include high street brands like h&m. I personally love h&m and especially their premium line. It's important because there are so many women out there now ,who can't afford to buy almost anything really expensive, times have deteriorated quite financially in the last three years overall across Europe, even though they are hardworking, especially with children. You just have to take that into account too, and there just aren't very many women with so much money to spend. But that's not meant to be a criticism, because I like buying luxury brands myself and therefore love your content.

Your style is absolutely GEORGEOUS! It always has been, even though I've only been following you for 3.5 years. And Yes, I LOVE Victoria and David as well! She has killer instincts when it comes to fashion. I couldn't wear it because I old and too short but I love them both. Some great options here. I have found some great knitwear in M&S this season too! You'll probably not see this but I would be interested to see how you tuck your jumpers/shirts. So many ways but your way seemed super neat and sans bulk!
Hello, just a quick one on L Glutamine supplementation regarding those with cancer. Cancer feeds off two sources, sugar and glutamine. So although cutting out glutamine in a varied healthy diet is not possible or recommended as it is needed for healthy cell renewal and is found in lots of healthy foods, it is probably not a good idea to also supplement with it if you have cancer. Just thought it was worth mentioning.

Really loved the H & M haul Lydia, except for the knit dress and jumper set; a bit bulky and boxy around the neck line. I loved the wool mark trouser silhouette, a bit big around the waist but very 60s vibe with the shorter length leg and slight flare at the bottom. Such a lovely vibe to this video, a little bit of everything, (as usual)! 🦘❤

Hi Lydia! Thank you so much for the recommendation of glutamine! I have been researching it this morning because I too have been experiencing bloating etc. after eating. I read that two natural sources of glutamine are raw spinach and parsley. I am going to try the raw sources initially because my body generally reacts better to food sources.
Thank you Lydia for showing a HM hall, I tend to forget about them. My job is one that I can get dirty sometimes. Having pieces I like and still feel good in is wonderful, without having to be overly concerned I’ll ruin it. The jeans really do look great on you.

Striped jumper dress KEEP…it looked fabulous!
As a psychology student glutamine is produced naturally by the body from amino acids and this is how the body regulates dopamine in the brain (making sure your mood is regulated). However, the body is unable to make glutamine sufficiently when under stress so adding a supplement of glutamine helps the body continue to regulate your mood. I’m so glad you’re seeing benefits from it Lydia and love the updates!! There are natural foods with high glutamine in them too like beef, chicken, raw spinach and cabbage but supplements are great too when you can’t get enough through foods!

I really enjoyed this video because is a video that I can relate too (31 years, regular 9-5, not much of a budget so affordable wardrobe pieces). Please, don’t get me wrong, I loveeee your other videos and I watch them for a relaxing, cozy, daydream time hahaha :) but, unfortunately and for now, I cannot relate to some of the things or clothes you show simply because they are not within my budget, so these kind of videos are something that I really appreciate having!!! I’ve been experimenting with my wardrobe lately, trying to find my timeless style. I love buying a few pieces that are more affordable so when I wear them all the time I know that it will be worth it to invest in a well made item.
Thorne has been my 'go to' for supplements since 2020. Their reputation is excellent. I started taking their NAC supplement which has many benefits for both physical and mental health. I found it helped with my anxiety. There a few good articles online about this.

I LOVE the menswear style shirts and the jeans are fabulous, as well as the pair of beige pleated pants. These are such my vibe too.
I think you are right about the fluffy white jumper dress and jumper. The dress looks great, but the jumper is too broad in the shoulders, so if you went down a size, it might work well. If you DO, you might even like it with a lovely scarf along with the belt.
I DO like the beige jumper and skirt. You look lovely in it and it is a different look which IS quite cozy and autumnal.
Yep, I agree, send the beige crop flared pants back, but LOVE the oversized white jumper! Especially with the jeans and maybe even your white jeans if they are close enough in color. Lovely.
The cashmere blend is lovely too, especially for those that cannot afford the higher end full on cashmere. Excellent choice, but I think the ones you chose to keep are excellent choices and thank you for letting us know your thought process to why you chose what you chose. I appreciate it.
Also loved seeing all the dogs. I have three Westies that I got as a CHRISTmas present 10 years ago. A few days ago, we lost our Chloe, so I've been quite sad and missing her, so seeing your crew of happy, healthy pups just living their best lives was a lovely salve to my broken heart. I really enjoyed this Vlog, Thank You for doing a more affordable high street hall. I really loved the white shirt options for a lower price point option. It would be great to see more of theses type of vlogs, especially during challenge times when budgets are tight it’s nice to be able to still feel chic and timeless on a much more affordable price point.

I have had some real issue’s lately and this could be soooo helpful Thank you for sharing your experience. I went upstairs and took one immediately.
