    At the beginning, 80 should be in mobile phase, stationary phase should have nothing yet, because analyte just enters the column.

      By increasing the plate length or by decreasing the partical size of stationary phase.

      Increase the resolution of video in RUclips video setting. Try in 720p or 1080p. White board and written material will be clearly visible.

      Kuldeep Singh Minimum time required for any solute/analyte to elute out from column. You can watch all videos for better understanding of chromatography in sequence.
