    More BS. There is no fact about motives of people when they are performing on the job. Sales call success is numbers of contacts, numbers of interested contacts, a decent service or product to offer and a drop marketing tactic after the initial contact. Build the funnel of interested prospects and drop them related messages over the normal selling cycle if you product or service. This guy is speaking to an unrealistic an impractical situation for most people in sales. Mail stuff to people?? Really? Where is this being done? Looks like he’s doing it in a hotel lobby.

    he should learn some public speaking skills re: hand gestures, repetitive, tiring, distracting... been behind the phone too much..
