Thank goodness it wasn't just me. We got a boat load of them here in Jamaica in the Caribbean. It's only US and Canada who couldn't get these. Still it's fun to see the Americans finally getting to experience all these JDM goodness. 😂😂
The missing stock radio is a bummer
Nice car
this car was also sold in Taiwan.
Actually, this car was sold in Taiwan as well. All other countries received the JDM version as an imported car, though.
the front looks much alike the Carina E sold in Europe
Well, this is a platform mate with the European Avensis, as well as a sister car to the Japanese Carina.
It's the same thing, this body Corona was renamed Carina E for sale in Europe.
Avensis came later.
@@Vaino_Hotti You're right. This Corona may be an evolution of the T190 model, but it still shares the same wheelbase as the T190 Corona/Carina E.
These ones no longer enter our country Uganda. They have been popular and fuel efficient. Easy to maintain and reliable.
What if you have your money is it possible to import it?
@@kasozilouis510 no. But if you are determined to bribe several offices then go about but it is not worth it.
People who make these rules are after bigger taxes on newer cars. They charge us by 100% and even above 110% of the price you paid for a car. Newer cars can be pricier.
See a load of these in new zealand
singapore too! the design seemed more dated then the previous generation. not a good look
Nice car
