2 INGREDIENT SOUR CREAM ICE-CREAM RECIPE

Welcome to How to MEALZ! How to make spur cream ice cream? Well today we're going to tell you just that ;p
Out with the old, in with the new!
It's been quite some time ago since we did some new graphics for our channel.
So we're super excited to announce that we'll be doing a little rebrand!
New logo, new banner, new (ish) intro and .... a new(-ish) NAME!
We've been thinking for for a while about it and we came to a conclusion that Student Mealz wasn't us anymore.
Sure we started out as students and the food we made was primarily student based. But since then we've grown up and so did our content.
It doesn't mean that we won't be making easy, cheap and delicious recipes anymore. We'll still
be the same channel at the core and try our best to still make those videos (because we as individuals still like that type of cooking that is honest, easy and preferably cheap)
We'll maybe throw in some kaviar and champagne here and there... 😂😂
So from here on out we'll drop the Student part and it'll just be (How to) Mealz!! (We'll be rolling out these changes in the coming days)

Student Mealz... I mean Mealz
(well this is going to take a while to adjust to xD)
▬ Ingredients ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
- 270ml of condensed milk
- 400ml of sour cream
▬ Recipe ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
1. Add the sour cream in a mixing bowl
2. Mix the condensed milk through it
3. Poor it in a container and place it in the freezer for about 2 hours
4. Give it a stir to remove the ice crystals
5. Place in the freezer until it's completely stiff
6. MUNCH!

When I was a young lad after school, when Mum could afford milo, I used to put a tablespoon of condensed milk in a cup and a lot of milo and mix it and eat it. I would never eat that today. But when you are young, you don't think about a lot of things. (Soemtimes even adults don't think about a lot of things either)

I started following this when two years before going to uni to prepare myself. Yesterday I turned in my thesis of my second master, the very last thing I had to as a student, for the rest of my life probably. The change from Student Meals couldn't be more perfectly timed!
