Made these for Pancake Tuesday this week - this recipe is the best I’ve ever tried. And 2 days later they’re just as soft/fluffy out of the fridge and microwaved for 20secs.

Looks yum but is it 4 tsp baking powder or 1/2 tsp used.can i use less baking powder we in india dont get berries n maple syrup maybe i can use honey
The baking powder proportion is correct. You can use any fruit you like & honey is an excellent substitute for maple syrup.

Instead of sour cream can you add fresh cream?
Anita you could substitute sour cream with Greek Yogurt but I would not substitute with fresh cream. Hope that helps 😊
