Syndicates beside open world ones and stuff, are usually look over the shoulder by the new player sometimes bc they dont understand whats the deal with them or just by the lvl up requirement and ill be honest 2 or 3 forma, 1 orokin reactor or catalyst for a new player is a big deal they should change that but they are pretty rewarding bc u can make plat selling those augments and weapons and at max rank u can have plenty of standing to buy relics packs when the new primes come out. And a little thing u can actually have like 4 syndicate maxed out but this require a little bit of work but u can maintain that so easy once u get the hang of it. And for my personal recomendation about the syndicate, back in time i started with the arbiters (bc they are the coolest right), and some syndicate weapons back in that time were so so powerful but they got giga nerfed so, i would say with the new content/slash arcanes and stuff red veil would be one of the best to early max bc rakta dark dagger a powerful melee with influence and can be modded cheap for the shield recover passive or just a great dps dealer to go wild pressing buttons, at the end of the day is up to u which one to start or max out first, u can choose by ur fav warframe augment or the weapons

Arbiters of Hexis is the coolest in my opinion. Love their augments, style, and designs
My favorite would be Kahl, for my brothers! If mean of the 6 first ones it would be Red Veil for how extreme they are :D
