The washers for the wheels are on the axle bolts, which was really confusing. But the directions tell you to install the axle bolts with only the included nuts. You are supposed to figure out that the washers that were included on the axle bolts must be removed from the axle bolts and used for the wheels. Technical writing failure.

Yeah same thing happened to me. I first included the washers on the carriage bolts for the axle, then realized I had no washers for the wheels and just had to assume the washers were the ones on the bolts.

Great video. I'm 76 years old and had a hard time with the written instructions. Followed your video, no problem with assembly. Thank you for your help.

Glad this video helped you Jim. If you're new to wood working, be sure to watch a few videos on how to avoid "kickback". Keep those fingers safe!

Enjoyed your demonstration. Actually used it to put mine together because as you said the instructions were somewhat hard to follow. I did want to say is that the washers were for the wheels and not the kickstand so they sent the right amount according to the instructions. The washers for attaching the stand to the saw went between the saw and frame as best I could tell from the instruction and picture. I would agree thatthe places you placed your washers is a good idea,

I bought one off Amazon, and had to adjust just about everything on it, even the red indicator for the blade trunion. It was installed in a way that covered up the scale. The mini fence didn't sit flush with the table, because one of the mounts wasn't 90 degrees. I had to disassemble it and bend that part. The blade isn't parallel to the miter slides, and that's why I'm on RUclips seeing how it gets adjusted.

DeWalt should sponsor this video! Claiming that you are not an experienced woodworker and making this video so elaborate well thought and noob friendly deserves kudos.
I just bought this saw today ($549 before tax on sale from Lowes) and watched your video because I wanted to see the assembly process before I go through the manual instructions. Setting up the rolling stand is very poorly described in the manual.
Still haven’t assembled it yet, but am going to. Thanks for the video and huge like from me!

This was a great video, thank you so much for taking the time to do it. Great demonstration of assembly and basic setup, thanks. Nothing superfluous, good production.

Dude thanks, these directions super hard to interpret. I had more questions than answers within the first two steps of the directions. I found myself just trying to look at the pictures instead . Then I said EFF this I'm going on RUclips lol . I've already wasted two hours drinking beer and staring at the directions.
    Thank you

Nice review. I just bought this saw at Lowes on sale for $549. A Pro desk employee helped me get it on a cart and asked me if I’d like to shift my regular Lowes account to a Pro account ( I’m just a DIYer). That gave me another $100 off the $549sale price. OTD with tax was $480.

Been researching for my hopefully final table saw purchase. Stumbled across your video last night and was torn between the DeWalt or the Skilsaw. Went shopping today came home with the DeWalt 10" and now assembling together with you. Thank you for a great relaxing assembly video!!

Dude, it's 110#. You just wanted to show everyone your crane, didn't you? When I get mine Monday I'm going to order some good rubber wheels to put on it. Lots of people saying they're cheap plastic and break. Unfortunately I have to have it here to measure because nobody has thought to put the wheel size anywhere on the internet.

Washers you stuck on the carriage bolts were for wheels.

I cracked one of the plastic caps as well that go on the handle as you assemble the handle on. Overtightened it 😕

I wish they used a higher quality plastic. Or better yet, aluminum parts!

Will this fit into the bed of a F150. With a tonneau cover?
