Not as far as I know. To my knowledge, the only not 100% original tracks in the game are the title theme riff (though still from one of their own songs) called "Carnage Rules" and the arrangement of Sabbath's "The Mob Rules" which is used as the supervillain fight theme. The early 90s were a prime time for riff rip-offs so who knows? Doesn't sound like it to me though.
