Fun fact, this song was actually from a Bruce Lee movie, namely, it was the song that played on the boat scene as his character in said film was told to get into the boat, where he would be traveling to the island, Han's Island, specifically, where the martial arts tournament was taking place in Enter the Dragon. The name of the song that is in question is called "Sampans".
