Oh I hope you’re enjoying your time here. I think the cards work mainly in Seoul, and not in other provinces or cities, but please find out, it may save you a lot of money
Interesting video, I have a question, about the health insurance, I pay 75k won. Did you apply for it on your own? I am curious about how you are paying half of that. Pls reply? Thanks!
So I was doing a part time job legally for more than a year. This means that I had a work permit, which you apply for via the hikorea website and was paying my taxes. After I stopped doing that job, the person at the Health insurance told me that I qualify for the waiver and applied it for me, it is valid for three years.
Hi Leticia, how you doing? Hope health and happy. I would like to ask you how is the process to rent a room like yours. Was it necessary to pay a deposit? If possible would you explain what are the requirements for renting around your area, please. Thanks in advance and God may bless you!

When you first come to Korea, are you expected to stay in the dorms for the first semester or can you get an apartment of your own?
It can depend on your school and scholarship. It’s compulsory for some schools/scholarships while others can let you live on your own
