Umm... It's about experience.. Just watch more stages from SM artist at their first promotional week. Those are definitely lipsync and using live mr(idk about SHINee). Also, don't trust most of the MR removed videos from popular groups if their voices are still like so perfect like CD(except sketchbook videos) In some cases, the live mr track is autotuned like in some special cover stages in shows. Lastly, repeat the performance and compare it with other stages, for example, in first week of As If Your Last, one "majimakcheorem" of Lisa in the first chorus was flat. Then, I would check other performances or find video in this channel to see if it is lipsync. Lol so many words... Just mostly live mr track don't have double voices (bp is an exception)
Sorry but I'm sure YJ just never let their these days chickens sing live on TV. I don't love Blackpink but I feel poor for their fans. I'm guessing they recorded their vocals without dancing (no shakiness and less pitchiness than usual) during the show's tapings; meaning you get raw, untouched vocals though it's pre-recorded. It's something, I guess? They were pretty decent imo.

Hey, Jenny Jane! They definitely used LMR/LAR during singing parts. Either they're not singing at all or their mic feed is low as hell, basically inaudible. If you have trouble convincing your friend tho, tell her to compare that Black Suit performance to any of the ones during their Black Suit promo period. It's literally the same vocal track.
