His crit rate is very low so he used her c6 and in fact back to how he had 6k atk probably had her talents at 10+ very easily due to constellations So this is where how a normal hutao aka mine performs my hutao is actually very well geared without c6 where you actually need crit rate so 60crit rate, 236crit dmg, 3.3atk (30khp) weapon primordial jade so a 36% atk buff and 23crit rate and 674 base atk Talents 10,8,6 She does 51k a vaporize plunge and this is from a very well geared non homa non c6 hutao All my artifacts are way better than his btw I also have a full 4 pice crimson set and 77em every artifact on my hutao is better than his exept for the circlet This just shows how much homa and c6 effect hutao even when the artifacts are better than this vedio people expect too much from hutao due to whales unlike many other charecters hutao c6 and homa make a huge difference But hutao is still very good without homa dont take this as I'm saying she needs c6 and homa I'm just saying dont expect these numbers with you're hutao
The artifacts aren't that good. They have 19 crit rate. They're literally never going to crit so those high rolls in crit damage don't matter. They only have about 100 crit damage from artifacts (start with 50, asencion gives you 40, Homa gives u 67) which would be impressive, but since they don't have a crit rate circlet it doesn't matter.
I got a guaranteed for her (yes, my luck is bad enough that I know I will always lost 50/50) and if her banner is 2nd in 2.2 I will have enough to get her even if I have to hit hard pity :)
