I am in top school of uttar pradesh , of CISCE board, the one which is famous for it's curriculum and english profiency, I was so poor in speaking English and didn't even know about basic of grammar, which made me so much inferior and a fear, but in lockdown I started improving my basics reading and practising and improved my vocabulary, I am still improving , the memorization of english language yes you read right , to reaching the basics and improving my critical thinking, I improved a lot.. I am now in class 12th and I often read novels and listen podcast without subtitles.. Thanks for awaring through this video, I also want video about INDIAN PARENTS MINDSET..

The main thing is parents dont understand this ( leaving few ) 99.9% think speaking english is cool and class, even my parents promote talking in english rather than native language its very difficult to change their mindset
You know what they don't think speaking english is cool, they think that if my child was to go work at a big firm that would require them to speak english as these big firms deal internationally and if my child has the habit of speaking english from the very start that would give them a headstart among others. Although i do think that you should speak your native language you can always do that with your friends from school or college.

I am currently pursuing BBA first year at an average college that lacks good faculty and a strong curriculum; only the infrastructure is decent. I decided to drop out and apply to a better college, even if it meant wasting a year. I qualified for a seat after taking the entrance exam and going through the interview round. Yes, being a teacher of a boys' school, this is a big problem for me. Whenever I try to teach biology.. they start to ask absurd questions.. but after several years, instead of avoiding them, I answer as discreetly as possible. And record my QnA sessions. This way, they won't dare to get into vulgarity.
@vedantdubey299 Most of them are labourer or work as helping hands, thus can not monitor their children. But if they at least teach them to respect ppl and manners, that's more than enough for us. Children learn by watching adults, so just behaving properly in front of their children should be sufficient..If students don't respect us, teaching them becomes very hard. Having access to mobile ph from childhood is another big problem.

i used to live in a small town known as dabra, near gwalior, madhya pradesh. i remeber the government girl's school of this area used to have poor facilities, but in few years our teachers has improved it, these teachers came from diffrent cities states, many of them are from this town too. they lived in this town and struggled with us in lack of space because THEY WANTED TO MAKE OUR FUTURE. they did not care about about their benefits, they used even their own money in students for providing them necessary stuff when government has ignored us. they gave all students good education regularly, never forced us on ratta but taughts us how to do concept clear and have done many career councils because they were serious about our future, they never judged us on marks. i really love my teachers a lot. mr. umakant khare sir, mr. munesh kumar bharadwaj sir, mr. sudama patwa sir, mr. anand mishra sir and many more with them. they are our GURU and i can not forget them for lifetime.❤

i hate this thinking that the whole of the education system is the problem. Ask any student if they would rather research on a specific topic more or use their free time to play games on the computer or scroll through instagram. You can blame the teachers, parents , education system but fail to see the unwillingness of a student to study more outside of their own curriculum. Instead of changing the education system what needs to change is the willingness of a student to go out of their way to learn something and apply them in their daily lives rather than pointing fingers at others
It is the duty of the parents, teachers and the education system to teach the kids how to use the resources surrounded or given to them. I have seen parents give phone to their kids just keep them busy instead of spending time with them. And and in other scenarios the people compare their kids with other kids if they are not doing well in the studies or sports or whatever the other things. And gradually the kid will lose interest in everything and at the end he blames himself that he is not able to do well as other kids. So it is the responsibility of the parents to identify and and teach what kind of interest the kid is having and try to help them.
@@vinayardhi2870 Not everything should be spoon fed to kids. They should themselves be curious about stuff and yes the parents should meddle in some stuff but not everything. Todays generation is so dependant on their elders that have to spoon feed them every bit of information, they are not interested in gaining knowledge themselves because that might take time and effort. They would rather mug up the questions before the exam rather than consistently study from day 1. In our education system most of the topics are covered for each subject that if a student is curious enough can gain a lot of knowledge from . I see today's students purposely cosplay as this victim of a education system that is robbing them of their dreams but the reality is they themselves are not making any effort to do anything and always looking for a easier way out.

@@darkenergy1128 the students in japan are not given permission, it is their duty to clean classrooms as per decided by the teacher and not sure if you have ever heard of shramdaan that happens regularly in indian schools and i am pretty sure most of the students either skipped school on that day or bunk classes to avoid them because i was one of them. Marks never equate to success even in india this is just a narrative that students who are not able to acheive the marks the toppers get. I am pretty sure that most of the toppers in india have their concepts in grasp and are not complaining about the system of education instead they are applying that time into understanding them.

I am currently pursuing BBA first year at an average college that lacks good faculty and a strong curriculum; only the infrastructure is decent. I decided to drop out and apply to a better college, even if it meant wasting a year. I qualified for a seat after taking the entrance exam and going through the interview round. However, education remains unaffordable due to the high fees.
This makes me wonder, "How can a country expect to be a world leader if its people struggle to access a good education?"
I'm a teacher from 1 year almost I feel bad when my fellow teachers ask question to my students on basis of rote learning I felt bad and angry at the same time .. I'm doing my best not demotivate them , trying to help them build a strong foundation by themselves without rote learning but by physical environment...

As a Student I want to share something In Schools Now a days The Student doesn't respect teachers and increase disturbance in the class and talking about sexu*l things and They think that they look smart with these qualities and the real problem is not that but the problem is the girls they laughs at it on a good way and support indirectly if the girls is not characterless they Will not support that and now the students Make a group outside the school for beating the Teacher Physically Which is sad but reality and the student who really want to study not feel better on that Environment 😢
You can't blame those students either. My brother was accused based on our caste & he was soo furious he literally texted bad words to the teacher because of which he got in trouble. Ik it was unethical of him but so was the sht*tty teacher at school. Bc teachers hai hi agar ch*tye toh maarne nahi ayenge kya students? Yes, being a teacher of a boys' school, this is a big problem for me. Whenever I try to teach biology.. they start to ask absurd questions.. but after several years, instead of avoiding them, I answer as discreetly as possible. And record my QnA sessions. This way, they won't dare to get into vulgarity.

@vedantdubey299 Most of them are labourer or work as helping hands, thus can not monitor their children. But if they at least teach them to respect ppl and manners, that's more than enough for us. Children learn by watching adults, so just behaving properly in front of their children should be sufficient..If students don't respect us, teaching them becomes very hard. Having access to mobile ph from childhood is another big problem.

i used to live in a small town known as dabra, near gwalior, madhya pradesh. i remeber the government girl's school of this area used to have poor facilities, but in few years our teachers has improved it, these teachers came from diffrent cities states, many of them are from this town too. they lived in this town and struggled with us in lack of space because THEY WANTED TO MAKE OUR FUTURE. they did not care about about their benefits, they used even their own money in students for providing them necessary stuff when government has ignored us. they gave all students good education regularly, never forced us on ratta but taughts us how to do concept clear and have done many career councils because they were serious about our future, they never judged us on marks. i really love my teachers a lot. mr. umakant khare sir, mr. munesh kumar bharadwaj sir, mr. sudama patwa sir, mr. anand mishra sir and many more with them. they are our GURU and i can not forget them for lifetime.❤
But half of youth don't know about Gurukul system. But they hate Gurukul saying it has caste system🤦🏻

Not the education system is 100% in fault but school is the major reason which destroies student's life. Vo jaan bujh kar aise kaam karte hai jisse hum log pressure me rhe or the fact that humare parents tution / coaching walo ko kam marks aane par daant dete hai par school walo ke saamne muh nhi khulta Because of admit card or ya school se nikale jaane ka darr or school ko pata hai ye sab isiliye vo aisa behave karte hai. I mean 12 ko 12 ki tarah kyu nhi rehne dete ki sirf padhai or practicals. Faaltu ke activities jiske marks honge jo last me exam wale din clash karenge vo sab bhi karwate hai. Majority galti schools ki hi Hai and humare parents bhi nhi denge hamara saath.
Parents and society are glorifying jee and neet to this much level that any exam or career seems to be small infront of this
I choose to give jee in 10 cause i dont know what are my hobbies and what i like everyone was taking that so i did it too but now i am 12 and i have explored myself enough to know that jee is not for me
But i cant able to convince my parents idk what to do

i hate this thinking that the whole of the education system is the problem. Ask any student if they would rather research on a specific topic more or use their free time to play games on the computer or scroll through instagram. You can blame the teachers, parents , education system but fail to see the unwillingness of a student to study more outside of their own curriculum. Instead of changing the education system what needs to change is the willingness of a student to go out of their way to learn something and apply them in their daily lives rather than pointing fingers at others
It is the duty of the parents, teachers and the education system to teach the kids how to use the resources surrounded or given to them. I have seen parents give phone to their kids just keep them busy instead of spending time with them. And and in other scenarios the people compare their kids with other kids if they are not doing well in the studies or sports or whatever the other things. And gradually the kid will lose interest in everything and at the end he blames himself that he is not able to do well as other kids. So it is the responsibility of the parents to identify and and teach what kind of interest the kid is having and try to help them.
@@vinayardhi2870 Not everything should be spoon fed to kids. They should themselves be curious about stuff and yes the parents should meddle in some stuff but not everything. Todays generation is so dependant on their elders that have to spoon feed them every bit of information, they are not interested in gaining knowledge themselves because that might take time and effort. They would rather mug up the questions before the exam rather than consistently study from day 1. In our education system most of the topics are covered for each subject that if a student is curious enough can gain a lot of knowledge from . I see today's students purposely cosplay as this victim of a education system that is robbing them of their dreams but the reality is they themselves are not making any effort to do anything and always looking for a easier way out.
i wished completed education in japanese education system where teachers give permissions to students to clean classroom ,creative learning and many more thints, not that system where marks=success
@@darkenergy1128 the students in japan are not given permission, it is their duty to clean classrooms as per decided by the teacher and not sure if you have ever heard of shramdaan that happens regularly in indian schools and i am pretty sure most of the students either skipped school on that day or bunk classes to avoid them because i was one of them. Marks never equate to success even in india this is just a narrative that students who are not able to acheive the marks the toppers get. I am pretty sure that most of the toppers in india have their concepts in grasp and are not complaining about the system of education instead they are applying that time into understanding them.
@@darkenergy1128 if you are complaining about the indian system of education i am pretty sure if you were in the japanese education system you would have done the same cause they have a more difficult language they have to learn and there exams are much worse than ours and in terms of competition they are a lot worse and you can actually check there are more suicides that happen due to studies pressure in japan than india .
